ingredients
300 ml of warm water
4 g of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
260 g of 00 flour
1 teaspoon of salt
mozzarella cheese
tomato sauce
green pepper
tuna fish
Origan
mozzarella cheese
I bake it at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. First 5 minutes with tomato sauce, oregano and a little olive oil. I take it out of the oven. Then Mozzarella, maybe fresh garlic. Salami, bacon or ham. Half and half or you can mix it of course. Top with a good passata or your own tomato sauce, oreagno and some olive oil. I bake for 15 minutes. You can bake for 10 minutes, take it out and bake for another 15 minutes. Overall 25 min. The edges are crispier if you like, but the center is still soft. I love your no-knead yeast pizza dough recipe (less flour).
I think that I will pre-bake the dough at 375°F for approximately 7 minutes so I can spread my 🍅 tomato sauce on it.
🌟 Then, I can add and adjust (if I need to) the other ingredients.

La receta es buena...para hacerla cuando uno tiene prisa...y yo coincido de hornearla unos minutos hasta que esté firme y así agregarle la salsa y demás....

Brava! In poco più di un'ora l'ho fatta per i miei nipotini che hanno gradito. Non è la pizza tradizionale ma è una gran buona merenda. L'ho lasciata in forno 10 minuti di più ed era ben cotta. Grazie
Io l' ho fatta oggi , grazie mille per le dosi di acqua e farina👍😍 comodissima da fare in quanto non necessitava di impasto!😍 Piccoli suggerimenti se mi sono permessi : io ho usato farina tipo 0 non 00 ! Il lievito secco l' ho messo in un po' d' acqua tiepida con un cucchiaino di zucchero , ho atteso 30 minuti , o comunque il tempo di vedere il lievito che fa una schiumetta , finita questo procedimento l' ho unito all' impasto di farina e acqua come da ricetta! Il forno non a 180 gradi ma al massimo , vista l' alta idratazione di questo impasto! gli ingredienti li ho messi in un secondo momento cioè dopo circa 5 minuti che era in forno! Sulla carta forno ho spennellato un po' di olio in modo che si facesse la crosticina sotto! Devo dire che è venuta davvero buona , alta , soffice e croccante sotto😋😋😋

Thank you for such a great recipe, I watched the video last night and I am in the process of making this as an early dinner/late lunch - it's in the oven. Unique no knead recipe which I've not seen before and it won't be the last time I make this as it's so easy.

@@ManarElsa I loved it. I make it regularly now as it's so easy, has a great texture and is super tasty. I vary the dough by adding smoked paprika/chilli or thyme from time to time which is super tasty.
