Did anyone notice that at the beginning, Viego is not scared of wraith Isolde, but happy to see her? Being impaled by her doesn't even seem to register. That's both touching and sad, in my opinion.
Yeah, because her death was more touching to him, that seeing her back to life (at least in some way) was just all he wanted so much, that he didnt notice. It is sad, thats what losing a person you love feels like, you stop caring about yourself...

I think people forget Viego is as much a victim to the mist as anyone else.
You can honestly feels Viegos emotions just from the intro cutscene amd everything he went through to save Isolde

@@heartpaid6767 In fact, it was only visions from the Mist for Ahri. It shouldn't be true. Even in the beggining Isolde after her resurrection reached out to Viego, and it didn't seem like she was afraid of him. Also in the Ruination novel their relationtship is not abusive. At start they were good but in time Viego started treats her like a divine being. And that's all. Even when she killed him it was because of the Waters magic, all wraiths summoned by them are angry and in agony.
The funny thing is that he wasn't actually constrained by the necklace, only driven back to retreat. If Viegos story ended then and there, we wouldn't have Gwen, Akshan, and to an extent Vex
Viego is the strongest league character but only potential. Truly his obsession is his greatest weakness and is why he will always be defeated when searching for his queen

For the future of major story events in League of Legends, I want Viego to retun, and get a redemtion arc. He should be allowed to move on and become a better person, and attone for his mistakes. He was evil, yes, but not because he wanted to be; only because he was blind to what was right to do.
His redemption has no sense. Despite his obsession during the life, he also was changed by the Mist so his obsession only increased (just remember Kalista, her desire of vengeance only grew up when she became a wraith).
@@crisendeep178 Yeah but he was shot in the chest, which is where the power of his ruination comes from. I think that's grounds for how the corruption slowly drains from him, and he could maybe take a good long look at what he's done, and maybe try to do better.

Nah, I want him to become an evil undead king, he should embrace that role.
His love abandoned him, he should let it ago and search for something more important and useful than love, which is absolute power.
He has an amazing power with him, the black mist, he should research it and use it to enforce his will.
He should use to recreate Camavor as an undead kingdom with him as its immortal tyrant, he should become similar to Arthas in a way.

Is this canon? Cuz how did the sentinels fight viego if he got defeated in bilgewater?
It was a temporary seal that in the end wasn't strong enough to keep him sealed he broke free only mere months after his seal. Also yes the ruined king game is fully canon

@@Roaringdawn I refuse to believe _Sentinels of Light_ is canon. _Ruined King_ is canon, but not _Sentinels of Light._ The amount of cringe and character/lore assassination in _Sentinels_ poisoned me.
Besides, Rito can easily claim it takes place in one of its many alternate universes separate from the canon one, like _Arcane_ technically is.
@@DT-267K as much as I hate sentinels of light it's not how canon works. We don't decide what's actually Canon a good amount of stories have confirmed it happened like the pantheon story of him giving up due to him hurting people with his God powers because viego commanded him to. Or Nilah searching those responsible for putting viego in camavor because he's about to break out of his seal. So yea sadly it's canon.

I cant clealy understand. Why viego has so much power(even stronger than ascended or calestials) and why he is looks weak?. You know that guy has a power can destroy a world, can corrupt ascended or calestials, immortal and more and more... But in fight he act like a simple soldier. Why?
