That’s a Thai dude for sure doing that. A lot of people in world needs to learn from smaller Asian countries. Very humble, generous and friendly bunch for the most part to be honest. If I were you and a typical American horny bloke, I would be more worried about picking up a nice girl and finding out there is a middle wicket at the hotel room when too late. That is actually way more common than eating dogs, and even then the Thai people respect people like that instead of all the lgbt rallies against and for crap like in the US.
