Just for my own notice, were you actually cut off on comms like in the video or there was ''sub-channel''? Because actually many people were cutting off your orders and I was about to ragequit only at listening all these guys cutting you off on comms the whole fleetbattle

Such as the other triage pilot and myself coordinating while the FC calls primaries and the vindi calling who he has webbed. All this information needs to be heard, and as long everybody can understand each other, then it's not a problem.

Last thing you would expect to come across in a random video.

+DJRap999 No, we could not have 2-shotted anything on grid, the moros' alpha is not nearly what used to be, and ac machs don't have much alpha either. We only had 7 machs on field for the first 20 minutes of that fight.

I know the videographer was 2 boxing but that was rough to watch at times. I kept trying to click the armor rep button and the turret button because of the slow response. I guess the important thing is to keep people alive but that was a mess at times. Grats though.
Sloppy and messy, but had I not brought the HAWs dread shit wouldn't have died in the enemy fleet, and had I not brought the triage, our fleet would have died. So it worked out for the best in the end. :P

Well we wouldn't have killed anything for a long time if I hadn't brought the dread, and we wouldn't have lived very long if I hadn't brought the triage. So yes, it doesn't look to good on video, but if I hadn't brought them it would have looked worse not better, because we probably would have lost that fight.

It looks like the guardians that came in at 29:00 were not on the watchlists or prioritized by the other logi who were already busy. That call to kill the new Logi coming in seemed to work really well. btw is Pred a former cal mil fc? His voice sounds familiar. This was a great fight. I would love to see this same fight from the force aux perspective.
+Ben Hubschman When new guardians warp in they tend to be focused on setting up their capacitor chain, they also tend not to be anchored up and their velocity is momentarily low. This gives you a very small window to get some good hits in while the reps will be slow to land. Not sure if pred was a cal mil fc, could have been, but you'd have to ask him yourself :P

Ernesto Palacios Lol, he wasn't actually yelling at me, he was yelling at people for shooting a target before they were supposed to. FAX pilots basically have free reign to yell on coms over the FC, we're keeping the fleet alive, us doing our job right is pretty much more important than anything else. Can't win a fight when your fleet is dead.
Generally that is how most people do it, after all people like to brag about success not failure. That being said, I have actually posted more than a couple fights where we've lost the field, or the isk war. Hell, my most popular video at the moment (Epic Solo Triage) is a fight where we lost the isk war by quite a healthy margin. Also the first fight in my video 'Did He Say Terrorists' is a fight where we lost the isk war and the field. So, perhaps you should do a quick check before you make such a statement, I would certainly appreciate your viewing the rest of my videos either way :P

You don't walk that path. Others.. correction... TOO MANY others do. Some will even go so far as to sue all because their feelings was hurt and invoke the DMCA and copyright protections all because of that. Those people I have no respect for. You though have posted those losses and don't portray yourself as absolutely perfect at this game. That does get my respect, and I apologize if what I said was not clear enough as to my intent. (And a minor edit because youtube doesn't understand that enter = line break in these boxes... bleh)
They're both good, which is better is situational. Carriers have better projection and higher alpha but their damage can be mitigated quickly by killing fighters, conversely dreads are limited to a very select range and have much less alpha, but can apply damage reliably and quickly in that area without worrying about having its damage removed from field unless you kill the ship itself. Their DPS is almost the same btw.
The dps is very close but a carrier has that 53s reload. Is the fact that fighters are so easy to perma jam an issue? And how much range would you say a carrier could get reliably with the fighter speed. I can't imagine it being much more than 85-100km (still long I'm just wondering). Then with dreads do you see much use in a rapid torpedo phoenix?
+abb criss Effective range on carriers depends on the scale of the fight really, large fights last longer meaning you can still be effective at longer ranges. Though the fighters with MWD are REALLY fast, they'll go 100 km in a few seconds easily.
+LTAlter i have and the power of rapid torps is retarded. i still dont have an armor fit i like yet but as for a shield fit i can tank 32k dps without issue for 8 minutes even under moderate nueting and deal about 4.8k dps to t3's within 53km if using t2 ammo and a precision script or 3200 dps up to 111km with javelin and a range script
your FC can learn to be more positive though lol, how many times did he say 'f this is going to suck', also people firing 10 seconds before the call to fire on something makes you miss soooo many kills. focus fire = win, learn it

I brought the dread to kill their ships, I also brought a triage to prevent the enemy from killing our ships. One of these things takes more attention than the other.

This is why you don't dual box triage + dread. This would of been alot better if the dread shot anything when called.

I wasted all 12k of it on the uroboros before the fight, turns out triple neutron blasters use a LOT of ammo
Also you can cargo scan the Uroboros so see what it going to drop btw it changes every downtime. So just send in a frig, cargo scan, profit!
