I designed and build these trailers from 2x2x 1/8 wall aluminum tubing and I Tig welded the brackets that cradle the kayak, this trailer only weight 40 lbs I buy the wheel and spindles from Princes Auto and build a bushing to make a tight fit into the end of the tubing, I made a mold for fiberglass fenders (not in this video) that fit over the 2x2 tubing and are held on with the same bolt used to hold the spindle in
