The arm with the gold (I think? It could just be yellow.) decorations are already there when Soulgain reappears in the anime. It was replaced with the Zweizergain's arm because it got destroyed during the last fight. Then pretty sure the Zweizergain's arm got staked like 6 trillion times by Kyosuke.
The Golden arm was replaced in "og dimension", the original was left after "almost killing" Beowolf. The arm he borrowed from Zweizergain was the left... And lost during the last attack in the Anime (maybe they just were unable to recreate Soulgain with Zwei's arm due to "No data", but kept the original left arm since the technology wasn't enough to give a 2nd Gold arm).
