Foreigner has several big songs like, Hot Blooded, Cold as Ice, Urgent, I want to know what love is, Feels like the first time, Dirty White Boy. Not to mention a great solo song by Lou Gramm (the lead singer) called Midnight Blue. These songs have so many memories for me from my formative years.
They had some bangers...I was a kid when they dropped the Double Vision album. You couldn't go anywhere without hearing their music being played...that album had Double Vision...Hot Blooded...Blue Morning...Love Has Taken It's Toll. Great freakin' songs.
As a little kid (11 maybe?) I used to fall asleep every night for two years hoping they would play this song on the radio! lol oh man :) Great band and fun reaction!
Saw Foreigner in April 2017. One of the best concerts I've been to. Jukebox Hero is one of my favorite songs. I recorded all 11 minutes and 49 seconds of Jukebox Hero live. 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Great song, remember when this came out, memories…❤❤ I was an 8th grader or a freshman in HS depending on the month this came out in 1981! So long ago! Little different than some of their others, but I liked it!❤
You are referring to Scorpions with their song "Rock you like a hurricane". They were a German rock band that made a few good songs in english. Foreigner is very hard to beat! Man, they rock and are one the bands that I love. As a kid I remember listening to this LP over and over and over again! drove my parents crazy bangin' the walls!
My first Concert, outside of fairs or Rodeos. Saw them in early 1982 in Las Cruces, NM. at the end of this song they blew up a giant, inflated Juke Box. Other goodies, Are Double Vision, Cold As Ice.
Great reaction to an awesome song! My two favorite bands - Foreigner and Bad Company. I know you’ll get the Foreigner recs here but you’ve got to check out Bad Company. The lead singer’s voice is awesome - start with the song “Bad Company”.
Amazing group! The guitarist Mick Jones a/the founding member- also produced Van Halen’s 5150 album- Sammy Hagar said that Mick Jones helped bring a lot of his vocal performances out on that album pushing him to let it loose! Rabbit hole of songs to go through and won’t be disappointed! Keep up the great work!
RockYou Like A Hurricane is the Scorpions, one of the best live bands I've ever seen. Maybe the other song you were thinking of, was Urgent. It has an awesome sax solo in it.
Wish you would do videos Krizz. I know they are a pain in the ass, but I miss the passion of the artists....remember, we have heard studio versions all our lives til MTV. We love to watch our June box heroes!
I miss the days of playing the Jukebox. In the mid 80s, I did peewee cheerleading and we would have our game parties at Pizza Inn. We would ask for a few quarters and pick our songs. Sometimes you got the quarter from the phone booth return, 😂.
"Rock You Like a Hurricane" is Judas Priest. Foreigner's big huge album is "4", although my favorite Album title from them is "You Can Tune a Piano, but You Can't Tuna Fish," which also has quite a few good songs on it. When I was a kid, I was on a Junior Olympic Swim Team. Foreigner 4 was my go-to for my Walkman while waiting for my heats. This song is so inspiring. The driving beat. The perfect lyrics. Love love that album.
Super great song. You were thinking of Scorpion. One thing I notice is that older songs tend to tell tales more. One wonderful example of what I am talking about is the song Lucille by BB King.. The funny thing is, Mr King isn’t even singing. He is just telling a story. But somehow you forget because his story is such music to your ears anyway. Especially Lucille’s contribution to his “song”. Really the ultimate expression of storytelling in music.
idk why but this song I remember as a kid for some reason I see myself in a room at my grams and I am very afraid of this song and I can't think of anything but someone coming in the window after me lol such a weird memory to have about a song!
This whole LP is fire 🔥 This is my favorite from them.Urgent and Cold Blooded are great too. Please check out Tragically Hip New Orleans is sinking studio version 🙏 Great reaction and Peace out Krizz 🙏 ☮️ ✌️
***HEAD GAMES*** Don't miss this one either...need to just spend a day with Foreigner, lot of hits.
***URGENT*** can't miss this one either
Live in Dortmund Germany is the BEST. His triplet phrasing through the verses takes it to a whole new level.
Couldn't have said it better myself.
AND starrider
Who else played the air sax on Urgent?
@@lynrossi8409 Lol I play the air sax on everything!!
Let's not forget about "Double Vision." Another Foreigner banger. ^^
***FEELS LIKE THE FIRST TIME*** another harder hit
❤️
**WAITING FOR A GIRL LIKE YOU** power ballad hit
Oh man that brings me back
***HOT BLOODED*** Stop everything and do this one next, trust me!
The scorpions
ROCK YOU LIKE A HURRICANE
that's The Scorpions
🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾this is how to inspire new musicians, how to keep the faith alive that music can be made. This is why AC/DC said rock and roll will never die.
They also said "For those about to rock, we salute you!". Yeah he needs to do that one now, too.
Such a great tune
Another great song..LONG LONG WAY FROM HOME! "it was a Monday day like any other day I left a small town for the apple in decay " epic line
Lou Grahm he was another great voice From late 70's an the 80's! Forgeiner is one of the Best from my Era!
They had some bangers...I was a kid when they dropped the Double Vision album. You couldn't go anywhere without hearing their music being played...that album had Double Vision...Hot Blooded...Blue Morning...Love Has Taken It's Toll. Great freakin' songs.
One of my favorite bands from the 70s and 80s . The best time in music❤ great reaction ❤
***BLUE MORNING, BLUE DAY*** different vibe
This is my favorite Foreigner song. I always sing along
**I WANT TO KNOW WHAT LOVE IS** epic #1 power ballad
Their song "Urgent" is fantastic! Man, I loved this album so much when it came out. Played it over and over!
They are still doing shows and blowing it up! ❤ loved the reaction!
***COLD AS ICE*** now he's mad haha
What an amazing voice Lou has!!!!
There's several other great Foreigner songs,my next favorite is "Urgent", then "Hot Blooded", "Double Vision" & "Cold As Ice".
I love them all but Cold As Ice and Waiting for a Girl Like You are my favorites after Jukebox Hero
Ah hell yeah! Classic song here! Can't wait to see your thoughts on this. Such an amazing song! The break down is just 🔥.
Foreigner is a great rabbit hole to travel! So many great hits. This is probably one of my favorites. Thanks for reacting!
It really is!
As a little kid (11 maybe?) I used to fall asleep every night for two years hoping they would play this song on the radio! lol oh man :) Great band and fun reaction!

***I WANT TO KNOW WHAT LOVE IS*** epic love song power ballad, you really probably know this one ...grab wifey for this one!
Saw Foreigner in April 2017. One of the best concerts I've been to. Jukebox Hero is one of my favorite songs. I recorded all 11 minutes and 49 seconds of Jukebox Hero live. 🤘🤘🤘🤘

Feels like the first time, double vision
It’s pretty much an unwritten rule that you must listen to Bad Company Shooting Star after this song.
I have to check it out

Love the HAT!!! You got that right.
***ROCK YOU LIKE A HURRICANE*** is Scorpions (The **WINDS OF CHANGE** guys.)
One of my favorites. Lou Gramm's vocals are awesome. What great band !
You need to react to Urgent. You won't regret it. It's a Banger!!!
Just saw them perom live last year and it was amazing.
No thanks to Jann Wenner, Foreigner finally got in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2024. I could listen to Lou Gramm sing all day everyday.
At 73 years old I'm glad I grew up with this music. I feel sorry for the younger generations for not having great music like this.
1986. Away Football game. Bus ride. Red Rider AND Foreigner. Jesus i'm old :)
HELL YES! One of my favorite Foreigner tunes. FOREIGNER 4 is a kick ass album.
💯
Your head bobbin' to the beat is awesome! Just like this song is awesome. Nice reaction.
🙏 thank you!!

***FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK*** AC/DC keeping with the "rockstar theme". :)
Have you done "I want to know what love is"? One of the best ballads of all time!
I owned this album! Now, I used to place my right ear to the speaker and blew out my ear! Go down the rabbit whole Krizz!😊
BIG catalog with Foreigner!!!!! Definitely one of the BEST hooks! URGENT is a must hear!!!! 🔥🔥🔥 High School right here ❤
Gotta check that one out
The Scorpions did Rock you like a hurricane. Foreigner has many great songs and should have been in the R&R Hall of Fame many years ago ❤
"Rock you like a hurricane" is the Scorpions.
(grin) Excuse me while I turn this *UP!!!*
It’s been a while, lost my mom recently, been hard. Love your reactions. I second everyone’s suggestions for more Foreigner, especially Urgent. ❤️
Blue Morning is one of my favorites by them! Check it out.. "she's waiting for me but I'm a long long way from home " love it! Ima listen to it now ❤
I was in junior high when this album came out. Played the cassette at home a lot, and popular at school dances. Was the early 80s.
Problem is, when you say, "let me know what their other biggest hit was," that doesn't narrow anything down.
Hola Krizz. I love Foreigner. This song is 🔥 🔥 💯
I know the song came out in the early 80's but it takes me back to 1986, cruisin in my '79 Corvette!
U know what it is brother Kriss!!!! U, like me, come from that era!!!!!
One of my favorite albums, anything by Foreigner is great. Try Styx Pieces of Eight is my favorite album of theirs, try listening to Blue Collar Man
Sooo many hits! Double Vision is my favorite. Starrider too.
“I don’t need no instructions to know how to rock‼️”🤘 as I wear 🎸The Foreigner Belt👾 …. IYKYK and if you know you are most definitely my people 🤣🫶🫶🫶
Now you need to do the Foreigner song Dirty White Boy
Lou Gramm is an awesome lead singer. And he's a great guy. He still lives in his hometown of Rochester, NY and he does a lot within his community ❤
Foreigner...🔥🐐🔥
#COLDASICE
#URGENT
#FEELSLIKETHEFIRSTTIME
I wonder how autobiographical this story is,for many guitarists.
This is a great song.
cold as ice. feels like the first time, urgent, among others
Lou Gramm is an ICON - what a voice.
Wish you would do videos Krizz. I know they are a pain in the ass, but I miss the passion of the artists....remember, we have heard studio versions all our lives til MTV. We love to watch our June box heroes!

Hot Blooded, Urgent, Cold as Ice
This was in the 1993 movie Last Action Hero starring Arnold Schwarzenegger

Hook it - once, twice, three times a Lady Luck, in a New York Minute.
"I need that hook one more time..." Don't we all, bro
