Puig's first season or half season had its moments but wasn't prolific per se. This season we finally got to see what all the hype was about, the barca pedigree. It also helps that he has leaned fully into playing in the league, he is outspoken on social media but he doesn't trash the league a la zlatan, he brings a lot of fun and attention to himself with his antics and dances. I think he is a net plus for the league - too bad the average usa sports fan probably doesn't know him because they would only tune in for messi.
