Maria Montessori Was a real Christian. She had respect for thenliving GOD and could see GODS grace in this children.
How it could happen that sooo many poor children in christian orphanages was braten so badly.
This evil bestens was even possible in Orphan Homes of Mother Teresa till 1986. It happen near Kolkata, where I worked with 230 very poor orphans, which Mother Teresa picked up from the streets.
I have seen catholoc Priests beating with sticks day by day. Boys was sooo sad because of all this violent.
I went my self to Mother Teresa to complane, but her sisters told me, that I have no permission, because this Priests in Charge are send by GOD only.
If I would not accept and obey, then I would act against GOD. Mother Teresa knew about this beatings and accepted.
I will never forgive her this careless way of bringing up her own children.
Maria Montessori was a much better Mother and Pädagoge for children. We still must learn from her.
Even the Pope Francis must learn from her. Then he will not tell the world any longer, that children must be beaten up sometimes.
The problem is still existing, even in the Vatican. Lets keep on informing many people about
      Maria Montessori

At the risk of sounding like an "elitist" I have come to realise that many daycare centres and kindergartens here in Melbourne Australia love to market "Montesorri" method of teaching but don't fully put it into practice, nor completely understand the philosophy.

I learned from an Australian friend (from Melbourne) that the government of Australia dictates the curriculum for children, even in private and independent schools. As a result, Montessori schools are constrained from fully practicing the method. I don't know if this applies to daycares and kindergartents.

Never before have children been as lost and abandoned as nowadays.
Yes, at school, they are learning a bunch of stuff that means nothing to them and that`s why most of them hate going to school. Order and discipline are things they neither learn at school nor at home. Most of them don`t know what love and respect mean, because they see so little of that in everyday life. The majority of children don`t have a clue what life is about.

    • @Hipchick38

Incredibly well. They are able to reflect on their own behaviour first. Self-reflection allows one to do introspection on why they feel the way they do before they look outwards. This is often missing from the world as apportioning blame is almost instinctive in our world today.

My son was diagnosed with autism and I just learned that there is a Montessori school in my location! I have the Montessori preschool app and my son loves it so much! I am highly considering Montessori elementary instead of public school. Autism is very broad but I know that those with it are very intelligent beings and I strongly believe they learn better by themselves with sensory stimulation from my own personal witness and not being shoved the same old curriculum and given labels anyways. Much love and respect ❤❤❤
