中港台人的口味和新马人口味不一样吧！我们大多数人都是把黄瓜切对半挖掉种子切薄片把虾米泡软和蒜头搗碎后下油爆香虾米再放入黄瓜炒软加点水和盐,盛出时打入鸡蛋炒熟,而空心菜和地瓜叶也是一样喜欢吃辣就加点小辣椒和虾米蒜头小红葱头搗碎爆香一起炒也不错，有时候想换換口味就蒜头清炒空心菜也是很好吃.
好像大部分家庭都一樣.但小九她們應該是習慣這樣的吃法.就像我女兒吃香瓜她超喜歡吃裡面的籽.我挖除她還不吃了.
