  • In this archival material narrated by Presidential biographer, David McCullough, Winston Churchill and Franklin Roosevelt rendezvous in the Atlantic ocean for a meeting regarding America's involvement in the War against Nazi Germany.
    They met as Prime Minister of England and President of the United States, but they sang hymns and shared their faith as men. I have always found this meeting to be profoundly moving.
    The completed video master of this material is under copyright to A & E entertainment. This segment, which is less than 2% of the running time of the completed show is being used for educational purposes. Title 17: Chapter 1 / 107 of the United States Code provides for special instances in which copyrighted materials can legally be used without permission from the owner.
