thanks for link, i have not watched that vid before. but how did you weld the back side of the plow? i mean,there should be gaps when sector of arc is formed from U channels. as for traction - chains make huge difference in winter. it's like day vs night. i made a pair from ROU-6 muck spreader transporter chains. it took approx 20 meters of chain per wheel and lots of hammering.
On the plow I used a 10mm round rod to fill in the gaps, just welded it in the gap. A lot of welding practice with MIG which has proven to be very useful for other projects. First off I love your content. I’m not sure if you remember but half a year ago I mentioned to you that I started a project to rebuild the engine of a Belarus 572 inspired from your videos, especially the head gasket replacement one. Well after a year of working on it with zero mechanical experience we have repaired the engine that was hydro locked. But we are working on some wiring and it’s a little overwhelming. You are obviously a man who knows a lot about what you do. I enjoy learning from you. I was wondering if there was a way I could send you some wiring diagrams I’m looking at so as maybe you could help me understand the system a little better. I also know you’re busy though and can understand if you just don’t have the time. Thanks for reading and inspiring me.
Thanks for the positive feedback. That's the point of making videos - inspire and help others with similar problems. Electrics is one of those things I consider myself not very good at. I can debug most of the stuff and repair but I really don't like to run wires and complicated electrical systems. That's why Belarus is a very nice tractor. On my own tractor the stuff that is not done -- electrics. So I might help but probably you can find better help somewhere else :)
Its crazy how the dog doesnt get run over by the way i dont know how long this was filmed but right now in lithuania there are some places where snow is to half of my height
Dog has had 6 years of practice :) as I remember 2 times I have ran him over but very lightly. Video was filmed this week so the snow situation is the same - nice winter!
@@motor_in5057 Quality is OK. Unfortunately I don't use the bucket very much. Most of the time it's just too small and the normal bucket is way bigger and lighter.
