Ingredients:-
4bread
2 potatoes (300gm)
1/2 Cup suji(semolina)
1 small size onion
1/2cup cabbage
1/3cup capsicum
2-3green chilli coarsely ground
2tsp Ginger garlic paste
1tsp chilli flakes
1tsp black pepper
1tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/3tsp peri peri masala(optional)
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp salt
1/2tsp oregano(optional) instead of this you can use coriander leaves or kasuri methi leaves
For slurry:-
1/2cup refined wheat flour
A handful coriander leaves
1tsp white pepper
1tsp chilli flakes
1/2tsp salt(salt and mirchi as per your taste)
For fry:-
3tbsp oil
