Ingredients:-
Boneless Chicken 500gm
For Marination:
A handful of coriander leaves
3-4 green chilli
10-12 garlic cloves
1inch ginger
2 midium sized Onions
15-20 cashews
2 tsp lemon juice
1.5tbsp butter
1 Cup curd
1tsp salt (as per your taste)
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp white pepper powder
1tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp gram masala
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/2tsp green cardamom powder
1/2tsp yellow chilli powder(isko replace kr sakte hai green chilli paste se)
1/2tsp chaat masala
1tsp Tandoori chicken masala
1tbsp Roasted Fenugreek leaves crushed
For chicken fry:
2tsp butter (replace any food oil)
For Gravy:
2tbsp oil
Whole spices:
2 Bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
1black cardamom
2Green cardamom
Add paste(humne jisse chicken marinate kiya tha woh hi use krenge)
1cup milk
1cup Amul fresh cream
