I just finished binge watching Three Kingdoms (2010) again for the third time and then I was looking up Sima Yi stuff and I saw a music video and the title Advisor's Alliance. Needless to say, I just found something else to binge watch. Thank you so much, translators!

@@johatsu553 Leads up to the creation, but like 2010 Three Kingdoms it doesn't show Jin Dynasty, just Sima Yi. I guess the grandson isn't too interesting :D
@@LindaTran88 honestly, as much as I wanted to watch the series, the subject matter didn’t hold my attention enough to continue beyond the first few episodes. That may be unfair to the drama because sometimes it takes 3 to 6 episodes for everything to gel, but I had too much going on at the time and never got back to it. Maybe this is a good time to give it another chance?

I wonder how much Chen Jianbin's performance affected Hewei Yu's portrayal. I bet he tried the laugh in his dressing room a few times. Oh wait he does one at 39:40 awesome
I think it influenced greatly, and Hewei Yu's Cao Cao interpretation stumbled because of it. You can see he was trying to be the jovial yet deadly Cao Cao played by Chen Jianbin. Thsi Cao Cao was even written a bit differently, more calculating and irrationally emotional.

Yu Hewei is a great actor like Chen jianbin, Wu xiubo .... You must not miss the scenes after Cao Cao 's yue Dan ping festival in this advisors alliance....

精良制作，虽然不完全遵从历史，有些细节（礼仪，习俗）还是很详实的。 有作者自己对历史的见解与猜测，比一些就知道拍感情戏来，靠小鲜肉骗播放的烂剧好多了。这部剧拍了一年，好多宫殿都是现搭的，台词也是句句典故，不是都懂的。良心剧，希望官方明年可以及时更新第二季。
