Big 4 in Ireland does not require all these SJTs and the process is more straightforward. The system is separate so you can apply in both Ireland and the UK in the same academic year/six month period. There is very high demand in Ireland currently for accounting and finance professionals. 3. Apply to Big 4 in the Channel Islands. It is not difficult to get in. Not a bad place to get your career started if you are dead set on Big 4. You can also apply to the Channel Islands branches in the same period as applying to UK
