Azure Entitlement Management using Access Packages

In this video I'll walk you through using Azure access packages. This tool within Identity Governance allows administrators to manage their environment will more control and also ease. You'll have the ability to give your users privileges to request resources such as groups, applications, and Sharepoint sites. Its best to speak with your heads of your departments, get a foundational understanding on how the business runs. Once you do this you'll be able to create the access packages within your environment and then design how the resources will be distributed. I

If you provided that link to someone outside the org, will it work while you still have it set to not allow anyone outside the org?

The person won't have access unless you provide them access to the package. The link won't work for someone outside the organization unless they're provided access.
