Buresh Immigration Clock Tower is revealed in Czech Village in Cedar Rapids Iowa

Buresh Immigration Clock Tower was revealed and showed its unique movements during a ceremony in Czech Village in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on Friday, Sept. 27, 2024. It's the first astronomical Clock Tower in the United States. Czech Republic President Petr Pavel and Slovak Republic President Peter Pelligrini, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and Cedar Rapids Mayor Tiffany O'Donnell were on hand for the dedication.
