Nick Jr. Face first debut in 1994 to 2003, until he was changed to the modern version of Face from 2003 to 2004. In March 2002, Face would be returning as the host of a new show, Face's Music Party.

I am pretty sure that on the first day of Nick Jr Face, in this promo, Face announced the Jim Henson Muppet Hour, and this version where he announces Rugrat came a bit later. There’s also a Gullah Gullah Island version of this I believe.
