But i have one question that still remains unresolved: how to know if a habit is still satisfying the needs because of which you had built it in the first place? Things change, time flies and sometimes the habits you once built seems to not be efficient enough anymore. How to identify when a habit needs to be transformed into some other despite working so hard to get here?

Does he get up early with you or sleep separately? I was thinking maybe cuddle with my boyfriend but he has in own bed? Let me know!

I’m so so sorry to hear that!! Final year really is tough. My best advice: take one day at a time. Something is better than nothing. Ask for help from those around you, it takes a village. You are stronger than you think. Don’t be hard on yourself. Getting through med school is hard enough, don’t push yourself too hard to ‘excel’ if it means compromising your quality of life.
I'm finding it very hard to adjust my routines to my partner's when living together and that's often sadly the reason I drop them. When I live alone it's much easier to stick to my routines and go by my day as I intend. Do you have tips for this?
I’d love to see this with someone who is a single mom WITH a puppy and taking care of their elderly mom which is my case. So o can’t find time for myself not even to find a better job.
i’m about to start a full time job with a crazy commute and i KNOW i’ll need a watertight routine to continue growing!! looking forward to watching
