Infinite Delay Team in MoC 12 ft Super Break Welt - Honkai: Star Rail

- Solitary Healing is finally useful for something.
The team is much more optimized now compared to the last vid (though still has a lot of room to improve).
I managed to clear the 2nd half in 3 turns, but with better relics and optimization, I think it's possible to clear in 2 turns.

While it's true that I never make these vids with the intention of it being "relatable", you do realize most of those Eidolons are useless in this team right?
The only relevant eidolons are:
Ruan Mei's 1st eidolon which gives defense ignore
and
Silver Wolf 1st eidolon which enables SW to get her ult sooner.
This 'scorn9727' person may not know that to have high super break dmg we only need:
high break effect
high toughness bar dmg
def reduction, def ignore, or dmg vulnerability.
Or maybe his thoughts are clouded because he hates seeing whales.

Sen III may have killed infinite delay but it lives on in a new form
Not like Sen III is lacking in ways to get infinite turns...

Oh, and chrono burst. One of the most busted things in a turn based game.
Welt's VA also voiced Gaius, who is the only unit with guaranteed delay in his S-Craft. Combine it with Chronoburst and he can delay everything to infinity.

First it was dang hen welt
Second - hypercarry welt
Then i tried welt as ratio support
After that - acheron support
After all that coping, maybe break welt will not dissapoint
Every patch is just more welt play styles
tested it similarly but on a e0 ruan mei, e1 welt, e4 HMC and e0 SW and it surprisingly work to 3 star moc (no signature light cone on any of them)

Everyday I rejoice that I picked up Ruan Mei. Now I'm a full on break team supporter. I just need a good break dps. I have Sushang and Xuyei builds in progress and I'm (hopefully) grabbing Firefly for even more break fun.

Insane, im building welt this way right now, but i didnt realize i could just go the speed set route combined with the talia bandit rope and ball, gonna give it a try
in any case, did you ever test with 4 thief set? how does having less speed but an extra 16% break and energy regen felt?
Spd is definitely better lol. Thief set bonus is only useful for PF.

Naya, what's the overall BE stats for your comp since ERR rope Welt doesn't seem like he'll have a lot of BE stats outside of Solitary Healing?

Honestly it's better to go BE rope for Welt and SW since the Turbulence gives free energy, but who the heck kept decent BE rope before this patch...

Outside of turbulance, ERR rope still better for SW?
If you have Tutorial and E1, BE rope is better
If you have Tutorial and E0, ERR rope is better

Close but nope. Sadly E2 and E4 are needed for the perma slow down on the enemy.
This MoC gives you energy so it's easier to use ULTs but Welt's E2 gives ya Energy Refund. Whenever his Talent is activated it gives you 3 extra energy with every hit on a slowed down enemy which helps greatly on having the Ult up constantly for further delay despite the MoC effect helping already.
Then E4 is another speed debuff upgrade as it adds a 35% to the 75% chance at applying his speed debuff, basically making it 100% securing the speed down.
I use him with Acheron and it is certainly not impossible to make it a super breaker but if you wanna keep enemies delayed on that limbo of no actions you really need E2 and E4.
You can get close results at E0 but do have in mind that E1 also gives you a big damage amp to your basic and skill attack after ultimate for more damage which also factors in on the new damage formula for Super Breaks.
Also both enemy units might attack from time to time at E0 so in that regard focus on the Loufu enemy first as the fan warrior has that pesky stun+focus whenever she hits your units twice so either have a cleanser or have high Effect Resist so Welt who is your hyper carry does not get stunned or manipulated to death.
For Super Break Welt:
E1: entirely useless. Super Break does not scale off his personal damage
E2: same usefulness as with other Welt builds, will generally shorten your Ult rotation by 1 turn. Occasionally let you 2T Ult with ERR rope in AoE situation
E4: entirely useless as the Slow application is on every bounce of his skill
E6: the only Eidolon that will increase Super Break Welt damage

how much break effect do u have on welt and mc? i have like 122% for welt and 170% for MC but they don’t do that much dmg in the video
It's in description.
Stacking Def down is a much more efficient way to increase your Super Break dmg though.
Does the team work without silverwolf (is there a replacement)?
Hey kinda late here, but silverwolf is rlly rlly replaceable here. You can replace her with dps like boothill or follow up attack sub dps like himeko or xueyi. Superbreak team is very versatile as long as you have harmony mc and ruan mei.

The best would be the break with ruan mei, like this the target is frozen so it's 2 turns instead of one
The "extra turn" is greatly accelerated so it's actually almost the same as a Quantum or Imaginary break in term of delay.
It also means SW debuffs expire a lot more faster than usual
They really need to revamp welt into break character tbh his kit just screaming for break scale
I think you should show the character's total stats, many people want to know the break stats

I'm more of an SU guy myself and use my best chars on MoC but I would still like to try Welt in a more normal setting like MoC/PF , you recon 150 speed would be enough for Welt ? I have very bad luck with speed rolls.. and I don't even have RM built yet , don't even have her in my box but that's besides the point
Spd is the most complicated stat in HSR so there's no simple way for me to tell you if 150 spd is "enough" or not. Spd break for MoC aside, my "general" advice is try to be at least faster than the enemies.
Though, in the context of Super Break team, honestly, don't bother building it until you have Ruan Mei.
@@xNaya Well I'm farming HMC right now and pre-farming Ruan Mei , I don't have anything else to farm besides Seele and Welt because my characters are very few so I will hold on until I finish HMC and pre-farm Ruan Mei (I can gurantee her I saved like a mad man)
