We get every X.0 Update Not every X.X update. Playable pitr wise we only have 4 paths left but if they're smart we may get a more playable path in the future though it'll be harder to balance it.

@@ImagineCats9339 Sure, but the fact that Genshin went from Dendro (which is still a nice kit) to Hydro, one of the lamest kits I've seen ever in ability, mechanically, and visually, worse than electro, is an absolute shame. It's fine that Dendro MC got outclassed. But for Hydro MC has literally no niche, no purpose except for a newbie with zero other choices, who by the time the make the slugfest to Fontaine will most certainly have a hydro unit. DendroMC is still very useful in the right teams, even if you have Nahida or need a second strong dendro. I'll say the same about HSR if the next MC is HydroMC bad, but damn Genshin really hates it's players sometimes. And yes, Physical MC is trash tier in HSR, but at least they are fun until you move on, and absolutely memorable for all the right reasons. FMC got outclassed but is still very viable (and fun) in the SU. And you best believe I'll give Super Break FMC a try.

And to use them was a test of pain and pointlessness if you had Venti. Geo Traveler is aight at times, and at least has functionality in terms of exploration and support (energy and CR) but was basically only for Noelle for a long time. But still hard to justify for Itto since by then we had Homunculus, Dog, and Rex. Ning was also less annoying to use if you didn't have Albedo since Traveler's rocks could be a pain more than beneficial. So Geo I liked the idea, they just didn't do anything with it, but gets a pass for an attempt.
Now that I think about it, break and super break reminds me of the dendro core damage and bountiful core damage. And Harmony MC is like the Nilou of HSR.
got a 2 cycle clear with xueyi super break against this AND she's at e1, i can't wait to get more eidolons on both her and gallagher and get the final one on mc to truly complete the team, great showcase!
I agree, but it's just sad that Genshin MC is useless, only Dendro that is actually playable, other elements are just too niche to be good. On the other hand, HSR MC is good in all paths, the Distraction one is still an ok DPS that can be good if you don't have other physical dps, fire MC is a good unit that can taunt enemies and still do reasonable damage, and Imaginary MC is essential to all break teams. This is why people are arguing about it.
Super Break damage depends on How many that attack is doing to the Toughness Bar because of that, Ruan Mei can buff the damage by 50%, not including her RES PEN for Ultimate yet.
acheron is acheron, every showcase you see of her is just her being a strong dps. harmony TB enables anybody to become a break dps so theres gonna be lots of showcases coming out constantly for that. today alone ive seen misha, xueyi, himeko, gallagher, in showcases with harmony TB 😆 i think community is just really excited to have such a unique character for free
