Yeah finisher basically has a permanent 20% damage boost because of finishers harmony and distained infliction once upgraded

​@br9683 Keen Tondo's perk also gives 26% critical chance against bleeding targets. Tondo's bleed and Flurry's bleed are the same, so you don't need Tondo to get the crit bonus.
