As a fluent Spanish speaker I can say you got it correct during your book section. You are doing GREAT!!! You will be fluent in no time 👌. I love your content but most importantly your energy, so genuine and wise.Your insights are so helpful and enlightening. Thank you for being so generous and sharing your humanity with us on this platform. I was in costa Rica in 2022, its beautiful. Enjoy and try to be as mindful and present as you can. With much respect and warmth from NYC🙂

I am so happy to have discovered you and your channel! I’ve been doing a lot of research for my trip to costa rica in October for my 26th birthday and your videos have been so incredibly helpful. Your videos are so sincere, tender, and sweet. I really admire your approach to life and all of its sentiments, along with ur openness to living life in a new and foreign way! how dreamy! I wonder, how is it that you found your way to living in Costa Rica? and do you think that you will always be living in foreign countries? Lastly, thanks so much for sharing your journeys with us. As a hispanic woman who is not fluent in spanish although a majority of my family is, it’s really affirming and empowering to see you actively learn and share your “not knowings”. So much love to you!

Wow thank you so much!!! That means so much to me 🫶🏼 I came to Costa Rica to connect with nature and myself in a new way & to work towards bettering my Spanish :) I would like to experience living in foreign countries for longer periods of time so this was a mini version to see how I like it & I loved it so hopefully I will be able to come back for longer in the future 💕 I hope you enjoy your trip!!

Idk if you already went over this in previous videos, but how did you go about finding your apartment and language school? this is something I’ve thought about doing for a while but having a hard time finding a legitimate website/ place to stay. Love your videos 💜

I just did a long term rental on AirBnB! For the school I just searched on google, the one I went to is CRLA - Costa Rican Language Academy I really recommend it. They also have the option to stay with a host family so you wouldn’t have to find a place :) & thank you 🥹🫶🏼

Hi! Yes I can do a whole vid on my experience here :) some things that come to mind are I was surprised how affordable public transit is especially for the long distance buses & also how there’s not really an address system, it’s more like describing the surroundings. There’s so many things I like, I’ll be sure to talk about it all in a vid soon 🫶🏼
