Yes, PTO coresponds with tractor speed, because forwarder has two transmissions that makes tha same speed as on tractor... First transmission has two schifts and another transmission has 4 speeds. When I need some other gear, transfer only on tractor and switch-off forwarder... Another solution is come out from tractor and transfer gear on forwarder manualy and transfer the same gear on tractor.
What i mean is, this Zetor has a setting so that the PTO speed is in relation to the tractor, so when you shift the tractor to the next gear, the PTO shaft will also turn faster. In this setting, PTO turns about 280 rpm in 1st gear and 1300 rpm in 5th gear. Then you can shift all 5 gears and the trailer will be driven at the same speed.
Zetor UR1 transmissions have 4 positions on the PTO selector lever: neutral, oil pump, oil pump + PTO, ground speed PTO. Ask your dealer, or anyone else who knows, to explain this in your own language..
I still think we arent talking about the same thing... a local contractor has a silage trailer built that way, it uses only 1 gear on the trailer for all tractor gears, a lot more simple..
How did you build the trailer drive? on the transmission PTO ?? (when putting the PTO lever in highest position) Is it mechanical drive, or do you use hydraulic motors to have some amount of slip to save the driveline ??
Zkoušel, ale plnou pouze způlky... Se suprem absolutně nesedí převodové poměry, takže jsem se vpodstatě nechal akorát strkat. Supr má však příliš malý výkon, tak jsem se se 4ma kubíky sotva táhl.

Yeah, forwarder is drive by PTO of tractor. Forwarder has 8 speeds on transmission and everyone is same as on tractor. Tractor has 69hp and itś quite too little. Please excuse my bad English...

I know, haw many positions PTO has, but I don´t know why I should ask someone on It? It was made for some farm, or forest equipments, no for any drive axles on some trailer. I have a lot books obout zetor and anywhere isn´t anythink about use drive PTO with drive axles on some trailer.
So you need to shift both the forwarder transmission, as well as the tractor transmission to the next higher gear ? Have you thought of using the setting of PTO so it corresponds with the tractor wheel speed ??

Forwarder have to had next two transmissions and It´s to much...Because It was easy to made only for traction of forwarder, not for coordination of changes with tractor...

There is a PTO setting on all UR1 Zetors, which is designed only to drive trailer axles.

Yes, its made from Praga V3S, but wheels are from ZIL. It´s russian war truck.

Vlado, už mam vymyšleno, akorát chybí čas a nějaký kačky...
What? PTO setting wasn´t design to drive drive axles, but for other equipments. For example winch, chooper and next. There weren´t any drive axles...

Chalani je to vyvazacka spravena z pv3s urezana je za kabinou .Je tam nechana aj prevodovka pv3s ktoru zenie kardan zetora.
