Guys like Julian are what makes drag racing so great. I always find drag racers are happy to tell you about their machines and show you stuff. Thanks for posting and best of luck to Julian.
For Julian to take time out during a drag race and explain a Top fuel drag bike make him my number one pick at the next Harley drags . Thanx Julian for sharing and best of luck and you too bgivco for the post .
The Metallica track behind this guys interpretation of how one of these motors regain life after a cut out.. "Wherever I may Roam" wherever, wherever 1000 HP+ may take you.. Mind bending amounts of power and Julian is as cool as a fan.
Glad you liked the video , Julian's a real cool cat . Know there's fans out there that wanna know how this stuff works. Thanks for watching Bro !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got that right , Julien's dumping straight nitro right outta the barrel into the tank . Like he said , what's the fun in diluting the good stuff, thanks for watching bro !!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome guy. Hell, i'm retired now. I'd love to volunteer to help him turn that thing around if he managed to qualify for an event. I imagine i'd spend considerable cash doing so but what an experience! That's what life is about and you can't take it with you anyway. Somehow i believe T/F by definition should mean supercharged. Still, i'd be hoping for a good showing out of the bike and i'd be proud to help wrench Julian to a respectable result. Hoping all the while to keep it out of "aluminum gravel generating mode."
Check out the video I did on the nitro burning one-off Ducati drag bike on my channel , here's the link th-cam.com/video/n6EnWMEyhMA/w-d-xo.html , thanks for watching !
Gregory Timmons @@gregorytimmons4777 That would be cool & totally one off . Let me know when you get one together . Thanks for the comment & for watching. Keep workin' on stuff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I filmed the video at Eddyville Raceway Park which is just north of Eddyville , Iowa , USA . The event that day was called "The Musco Lighting Night Of Fire ". The track opened in 1965 and was a full 1320 feet (1/4 Mile) , then some time in the 1980's it went to 660 feet (1/8 Mile) & remains that length today. Yes it was 201 meters on this video.

Alcohol is for drinking, Nitro is for going fast.
Best quote ever.

Crazy Bike !!
you going to race the aeason out & work with crew when you retire????
Thank you for sharing.
You're welcome , thanks for watching !
4.71 blower would look cool on top of the vtwin. Probably not big enough for this motor. They max out at around 450-500hp
Someone drinks Crown Royal
that engine still use sparkplug or glowplug..? rmmber use nitromthne fuel for it.
It uses 2 sparkplugs per cylinder & Julian uses straight nitro right out of the drum . Thanks for watching!
