    Hi buddy i love your vidios and i have a question can i use a wine yeast say a high yeast tolerance of 18%abv like lalvin ec1118in a sugar wash with fermaid 0 nutrient, Thanks for any advice Rob.

    I have to be honest. Ive watched all your videos and ive helped mates do a few brews and they don't do half of what you do.
    My mate just does yeast and sugar and still pulls plenty of 95%. He also doesn't filter it. Is that dangerous to drink? Because ive drank heaps of it.

      Hi Charlie, Part A of the Crystal Clear (A+B pack) acts as the degasser and will do that job for you

      Hi, as long as you've used part A+B of the Crystal Clear pack and waited for 24 hours you will be good to go

    Please use a siphon. It hurts to watch this. Omg sooo much air.
