How to start and use a lawn mower

In this video, Smart Hire will be showing you how to start and use a standard petrol-powered lawnmower. A petrol-powered 4 stroke lawnmower is ideal for home gardening and commercial applications. Lightweight and maneuverable, this machine is able to cut through tough and damp grass and designed to throw cuttings into the attached catcher for no- mess mowing.
1. First: As with every machine, being by looking at any safety labels and become aware of potential risks.
2. Second: To prep for use, begin by checking that the fuel is full and the cap is tight, then feel free to use the height adjustment handle to either raise or lower the machine to the desired grass length. IF desired, a hose fitting may also be attached to the body in order to simultaneously water the grass. Likewise, a grass catcher may be fitted to the back in order to collect any lawn trimmings, or it may be removed in order to allow the trimmings to mulch the remaining grass.
3. Third: In order to start the lawnmower, it is recommended to push the fuel pump three times, then be sure to hold in the dead man switch for the duration of its use, before firmly grasping the pull cord and pulling to start the machine.
4. Fourth: Once this process is finished, the machine should be running and ready for use. Be sure to remove any debris from the lawn before starting and always wear fully covered shoes.
5. Fifth: Once done, simply let go of the deadman switch, empty out the grass catcher and remove any attachments.
