Check out this tutorial on how I use the Trace Tool in Silhouette Studio to create the different layers of the image I am cutting out in this tutorial: th-cam.com/video/yoJrZWaSt5Q/w-d-xo.html. :-). Thank you for watching
I didn’t purchase the bird. A friend sent me the image and I traced it so I could cut it out. That is the beauty of the Silhouette software. You can take any image and trace it to cut it out.
Depending on the image, you can use the trace tool. Save the image as a .jpg file. I have a tutorial - check it out. th-cam.com/video/yoJrZWaSt5Q/w-d-xo.html
I use the color tool in the Silhouette software to drop color in the different images. Then I drag all the same color images onto the mat and remove images that are different colors. When I cut out the first color I drag those images off the mat to the opposite site of the ones I haven’t cut yet. Drag the next set in the next color on the mat and cut again. Does that make sense?
