I bet these are old school shipbuilders and sailors stick with their traditions passed on to them from generation to generation. It seems as if they enjoyed launching the ship in this fashion and I think that is fantastic...Nice ship for sure... I really respect the japanese culture!
I've seen them mess with that dip in the ramp every time you would think they would fix the slope and get ride of need of planks they roll over every time
It was all good engineering principles till 23:03 when it was left to pot luck. That last bit could have been made all under control and the boat not allowed to lift its bows too fast, hitting the protection gear around the propeller and rudder, it hurt me a lot to see that done to such a beautiful boat. If the last bit was controlled to be slower the angle of slip would have been reached just the same and the sliding would have taken place just the same, with more elegance to that nice floating lady. All boats must be respected as women, they should be handled with care and loved all the time even though they are so stubborn sometimes. Congratulations to the designer and builders and the launching team, but I do advise that the launching gear and procedure should be under supervision all the time controlled by human operators and not left to lady luck. No boat should hit the ground and it should slide into the water without any part subjected to "hitting". That boat would be uncomfortable in the Mediterranean Sea as the waves there are short and deep and that flat craft would not stand it for long nor the people aboard it. It is interesting how the bows of seacraft changes with the locality it uses and the flare at the bow decides the working platform performance. British and Scottish MFVs do not have flares at the bows so that they would not pitch too much but the Mediterranean Fishing boats all have flared bows so that they would lift quickly. Boats at Hawaii areas have their own characteristics while that of the East tend to be shallow and easily driven and their operating platform seems to be at the back. Any fishing boat shows the intelligence of the people who created its lines for a good reason. Those people who live directly by the sea as fishermen and those inland as farmers and agriculture well they have to be intelligent for they have to face all type of elements including a lot of disappointments all due to the fact that they work so close to nature. Many parasitic vociferous social professions do not know what hard work and disappointment are like as they do not work so close to nature and their work is all artificial and the world could do without their services.
I wonder if the owner took the video. He must have been horrified. Do you think that the shock to the keel could have caused a distortion of the prop shaft support? I assume that even a slight distortion could cause unacceptable vibration of the prop shaft.
Sumimasen, but im amaze in how so bad work do all this team with this poor boat, the contract that do this work must to be sanctioned because i dont see ANY SECURITY ELEMENT in workers, i dont see security shoes, security gloves, helmets, googles, i dont see back and shoulder protections, NOTHING TO DO A SAFE WORK, i thought that japanese contratctors was the master in security laboral conditions but i was wrong, there not was any chief director during the manouver, everybody was in comand, a complete irresponsability of the contract, and very dangerous when finally the boat was released the last guy in the stern of the boat was not warned for nobody, if he does not realize his dangerous position maybe something could hit him, a terrible bad manouver, really and the poor boat, i thought that the hull was damaged by the brutality of the friction with that solod wheel instrument, even that thing keep red with the paint of the hull, wow, as i say, im amaze of so bad manouver

大企業のようにはできないけど、いい船作りましたね。
Man yall are crazy to be under that ship at the edge like that. Amazing.

@@sitnolg You are so correct.
are those fans??? at the front windows of the pilot house??
These are rotating windows - imagine a rotating disc- , they dont need a wiper. Always clear to see through even in heavy rain.
@@flybywire5866 no kidding,, wow
If this ship survives this launch event, she will be a good ship.

would love to have that boat,, beautiful, and rugged
Not a good way to launch, the hull gets scraped up a lot.

相変わらず危なっかしい進水式。あーこわ。

非常に危険な進水式。そもそもハード・ハットの着用が必要。もっと重機械をを取り添えるべき。
