lam pursuing my final 8th semester now, because of my financial issues I have worked in a company for 3 months during my holidays after 7th sem, after that my 8th sem started so that I have resigned the job and have relieving letter but they have created my pf account,UAN and I have 3 months payslips PDFs. Recently I have completed my interview in a company as a fresher that I have not mentioned that earlier experience and mentioned as fresher will it effect by any means, what if they got to know through UAN number that I have worked earlier. Is it affect me? Please let me know A

So now if 2nd company will create pf and uan, can my first company also create pf and uan
Madam. I have 2 UAN numbers. But, it is not my fault as old company did not updated exit date(I am still following with them). Because of this new company created new UAN and PF account. I also reported the same to my new company and they mentioned to check with old company. I also followed with EPF office in the location where I worked previously. So, will be there a problem when I jump for a new company again. EPF process I am concerned taking time. And this is not my fault actually. Also, I cannot check passbook status because of duplicate UAN. Please let me know your suggestions.
if you have dual UAN better you can inform to HR before joining to avoid BGC verification conflicts.

Hi maam, thanks for valuable information. 2018 i joined in a company, at that time they created UAN & PF very first time. So after few months i resigned that job. After that I moved to another organisation., But newly joined company won't create any PF account. So now am moving to IT industry. Now can I face any problem in background verification.

Hi Pradeep which you have joined 2018 and you given resignation and you came out from that company right so currently where your working there is no PF right , now if you go to any IT company or Any MNC company they will be finding your precious UAN number pf number so they will ask you to submit the offer latter and experience latter if you have this document no need to wry incase if you don't have please collect it from the previous organisation

@@Pashams Mam Im good but im in problem situation i got selected in npect company this is a TOP MNC IN BPO recently, and i have a two UAN numbers one is created in 2017 and one is created in 2020 , so in 2020 i have absconded in of the Domestic organization and now npect they will do BGV with which UAN number both are registered with the Aadhar and Genpect never hire a Upscond candidats and now im currently working with of the organization and there im using UAN which is created in 2020 and previous organization im absconded If the Genpect find out me through new UAN means which im using now so BGV will be failed na mam ....................WHAT SHOULD I DO ? HELP ME ON THIS

@@durgaprasaddsvvp851 It's depends on your current domain experience the one month you worked skill set relevant to this current skill set tell them that I have only a month experience if not relevant that one experience to your current no need to mention as an experience candidate go with fresher suppose they ask details about your UAN give them and tell them because u can't hide that a specially TCS will find out any way.
