I absolutely love bare metal frames, especially chromoly. I would love to one day buy/build a Curtis AM7 hardtail done in bare metal, look one up, it's gorgeous.

Sunday’s are cool .get a Sunday sound wave sometime. They come with a full life time warrant and if you have any problems with it while riding. You can get a new for da free. But they’re also built pretty strong from what I hear.

Have you thought of putting an Odyssey F25 fork on it? This allows a front brake to mount.
I'm running that fork, Odyssey Evo 2.5 brakes front/rear. Odyssey Aiken 2.25 tires. Eclat. Alex Kennedy pedals on my 2016 We The People Envy.
Can't go wrong with Odyssey as they own Sunday and have been in the Bmx game forever.
I may get some 2.4 Odyssey Path Pro 'folding' tires next.

I also had the same problem with my prior frame (United mothership) after like 7 years of riding it. The only tube I didn’t dent was the oval down tube.

Sunday has it figured out. I’ve been riding Sunday Aaron Ross frames for the last 10 years
I'm guilty of using an angle grinder to shorten 1spd chain. My high end chain tool doesn't fit and it makes really cool sparks! When you wear out the chainring, just mount the cranks the conventional way and get the normal freewheel.
Hammers and angle grinders are the name of the game haha
