I loved listening him. It just shows that his being is imbued with upholding the integrity of the executive. He likes a question but aware that of his post he refrains from giving a political response. And as open as you can exoect him to be.
Here is the thing- apart from all the other aspects of the Post Office scandal the role of Lord Neuberger in the Recusal seems to have escaped attention. I have therefore pasted the following ‘The role of Lord Neuberger in the recusal fiasco (Justice Fraser) should be investigated’ on as many TH-cam articles as I could, about ten, but when I checked to see if there was any response I discovered they had all been taken down This Kafkaesque episode staggers one at every turn, even when Big brother has been outed he seems to be still working away! I really want to know why Lord Neuberger interfered , if the recusal had succeeded the whole noble attempt at taking on the stinking system would have failed
Interesting but disappointing. Not half the man Lord Bingham was. Essentially confesses to being crap and even worse espouses blatant contradictory positions, hypocrisies plain and simple. Certainly in his accepting law needing to rely on common sense seems a clear deviation from Lord Bingham's advocacy for rule of law rather than arbitrary discretion / intuition (read prejudices you should have grown out of by age 18, Einstein on common sense)
Do you not understand anything of the quality of humility. And BTW Lord Neuberger is one of our finest judges of all time. It's a shame you don't have a fraction of his intelligence
This is very interesting and gives a clear unique view on law, as a mature student is gives a brilliant insight to retrospective cases and laws
How lucky we are to have such a man as President of the Supreme Court.

A very humble and inspiring speech.
Oh, yes. I'm very impressed.
Thanks you for service!😊
The one objecting judge in a group of five has been found to be the right one by the same court 5 or 10 years later.

What are you talking about? You seem to have little understanding of what he, and Lord Bingham, was talking about.

@@legaleagle7896 He should kept away from the post office.
