I like how Bowser acknoledges the existance of Level Up. This means at least some people of this univerde know they're just pixel art animations and they're ok with it.

I think at the end of the Luigi Up arc, Level Up punishes Luigi severely and not only remove his powers, but also temporarily ban him from his videos. How about that.

My guess is that Level UP will not be the one to defeat red-eyed Luigi. I rather assume someone else - perhaps someone who's never been seen before throughout all the animations, perhaps someone who's not even a part of the Mario universe at all - will do the job of expelling the demon out of Luigi, either removing his powers in the process or doing it right after that. Then it's up to Luigi's reaction when being freed whether Level UP will punish him or forgive him, depending on wether he is shocked about the things he has done - then the realization might be punishment enough, since he wasn't responsible for all this. Or angry and seeking for revenge - which would be definitely a reason to punish him, since this would mean he had control of himself when doing all the insane stuff like defeating Level UP.
Another great video and story.
If Luigi is being possessed, that means Luigi is doing absolutely nothing, while "Level Down" controls his body. This could explain why he's so powerful.

A prove that level up got trapped and that Luigi and whoever possessed him are real, is the fact there isnt a single heart reaction from level Up, this says a lot about the situation we are in and how Godly this channel is (hopefully this will not be seen by Luigi, we need to find a way to save LU ASAP, I think he is the only one who knows how to stop this madness and save Luigi)

Agreed Bowser seems to never really want tp win, he just wants to challenge Mario. Eggman and Sonic have the same relationship, there have been times where Eggman didnt want to actually destroy Sonic and friends, like in Sonic X, he was upset that Deco and Boco didnt install a recall button for the Interceptimissile and was watching in horror that Tails really was going to get blown sky high. They seem to have fun together, a d team up when a real evil maniac invades their world, like Dark Bowser from Inside Story.
