It’s a hard thing, the length of some romance books it’s a fine line between fleshing out the relationship and insta love. There’s got to be a balance…I think the sweet spot is between 350-450 pages. When you get into 600+, for a ROMANCE it begins to teeter on the line of too much! That being said, a book like The wall of Winnipeg and me, a slooooow burn, you forgive it! I LOVED all 3 of the Windy City books. I’m so excited for the fourth book this summer.
