Perfume categories by season would be amazing! That could go in the series, and that way you don’t have to do all of them at once again. Fall scent video in October, winter in December, spring in March, summer in June! ❤ because I think a lot of us also like to switch it up by season, and you’ll have the best insight into what perfumes are perfect for each season so we can find our perfect scent 🥰

I absolutely love you perfume content Kathleen! You are the person who introduced me to the world of perfume and just how much is out there. As an organizing idea: I know the shelves are weird sizes but I would put your current everyday favorites right at eye level, and then seasonal favorite right below that. Then I would organize the rest by when I would wear them (winter scents, sweet scents, sexy scents, tropical summer scents…) and if there are any that you know you don’t like wearing but you want to keep as a scent comparison I would keep them somewhere else so you don’t have to see them everyday

Kathleen, we love you so much. It doesn’t matter how often or when you choose to upload. Your audience will be here for you, no matter what. I low-key got into perfume’s because of your recommendations and how you describe scents. I’m collecting fragrance and body care and it’s the bare minimum self-care thing I do for myself right now, other than skin care. At some point, I will get back into makeup.
It's funny, I stopped wearing most makeup during a depression period of my life, then stopped wearing any makeup at all during the Covid quarantine / mask era...and I thought for sure when we went back out into the world I would start wearing makeup again, but I just never went back to it. I just like the ease of not wearing it, plus my skin is healthier, and I've found I like my own face a lot more now that I'm used to seeing it bare in the mirror. Somewhere along the way, not wearing makeup went from something I did because I was depressed to being something I do because I'm happy. I'm just saying this because I wanted to let you know not to put pressure on yourself to someday start doing the stuff you used to do as self-care...sometimes changing up your routine can end up being the self-care. Be gentle with yourself and just follow where your road takes you. ❤

Kathleen! Wait before u throw out the Jo Malone mimosa one, try it before you toss it. Now idk how old it is but it's common for the liquid to turn a different color bc of maceration & oxydation after first spray! It doesnt mean it's expired -- and sometimes, like w Kayalis for example, longer maceration usually improves the lasting power.
Love watching your perfume videos bc of the enthusiasm even though we have veeery different fragrance taste 😂
I agree with this. My Kay Ali perfumes do smell much better after some oxygen displaces some perfume. Or in other words maceration. 😅

Absolute favorite perfume of all time is Byredo Mojave Ghost! Layered with the body lotion, it lasts on the skin forever! I get so many compliments when I wear it….thank goodness, because that sh*t is EXPENSIVE! 😅

I sprayed Sol De Janeiro 68 today on my hand at Sephora and it’s still going strong 8 hours later! It does smell very similar to BR and it’s at a way better price point for anyone who’s interested. Great dupe
Just to update: it’s the next day and I’ve washed my hands a million times and I can still smell it on me 😭 if I wasn’t tired of BR I would definitely purchase this instead.

philosykos smells just like my childhood, to quote you, lol. it's exactly the scent of fig in the sun; the trees themselves have this incredible way of releasing their perfume during the summer, and it rises with the heat. it's one of my favorite things in the entire world. takes me back to a time when things weren't less troubled, but my perception of them was simpler. να σ'έχει ο Θεός καλά, kathleen.
