She was one of Leonards favorite singers ! After hearing her and Leonard sing it together a long time ago! This has become a Virtuoso performance by Jennifer which she does for many of his songs ! She is paying homage to the GREAT LEONARD COHEN❤ Wherever he is he's smiling !
Great performance but the album version is better. The song should be sung as a duet which Leonard Cohen gives in the studio version. This is still good and a brave attempt.
I don't like Leonard Cohen anymore, but I can't help but love this rendition by the beautiful voice of Jennifer Warnes. On ressent la gloire de la Pucelle dans sa manière de chanter cette chanson.
