When you said “resin has a mind of its own”.. you hit the nail on the head! Just started making resin art and some turn out great and some I just have no clue what happened 😂
This process of pouring resin for a marble effect is the first one on youtube I found that I liked and feel like I can replicate well! Thank you so much! Cant wait to try it out :)
Omg!!! Looking for a marble looking tray and you are so contagious. Your happiness. You should talk more. Lol now subscribed and happy i found you. Couldn’t believe this was done 2 years ago.
Heyyyyy Amy ... ohh thankyou so so much x I have evolved since this video for sure .. and possibly talk too much now 🤣🤣🤣 Thankyou so much for subscribing xx
@@ClairesCraftyCorner I’m happy you talk to much 🤣🤣🤣 I’m not sure where you are from but it seems that so many of you amazing resin artists are over in Australia and Germany. I apologize for not knowing the accents to the countries. But i think it’s so neat how we all can communicate living in other countries. Keep up your good work!!!
@@ClairesCraftyCorner that’s exactly where i thought you were from. Australia. Lol. Well now I know. All Americans are jellies of y’all’s accents. 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️
I can't belive I missed these before, they are beautiful! I found a pair of that type of handle at a flea market yesterday and couldn't remember where I'd seen them before or why I wanted them. Now I remember!
Thank you so much x I will definitely keep trying this ... I feel like there are lots of other ways but shall see which works best for trays ❤❤❤❤❤ let me know how you get on xxx
Oh they turned out fabulous! I love the black one. I attempted a marble look freehand tray last year. Notice I said attempted? Yeah. It wasn't so pretty. 😄
This is stunning...it looks legit like marble!! I love how you use that flakly gold along the border...it reminds of like crystal caverns or something.
Ahhh I’m so nervous for you to pour it in together before you pour it out!!!!!!!!!it’s turning out soooo well in the pour-this is unreal...can we do this to my god awful Formica countertops please??? Ha ha
I love you exclamations of excitement-I am crying out with joy along with ya ha ha -I like the lizard scale marble but the second one does look really lovely
Love that marble vein ha ha it’s like a dance between your pouring and the resin settling and setting up. I am so fascinated with your rain work Claire! These are really gorgeous.
I like the lizard but love the revamp into Italian marble (I too have no idea what that is but it sure seems like it would be) I can’t wait to come visit you one day and have a pour party! Instead of a pool party we will pour!
Claire these trays are stunning I love them all and would love to make one of these myself now you've set me off lol. Fantastic work as usual loved this video. I can't wait to try this out the marbling has worked so very well. TFS Much love Annie xx
Girl yesssss I finially found it on e bay ... the garden centre was agg. for me to get to right now ... no lie I ordered a TONNE !!!!! they had just run out of purple though so a bit gutted x It should be linked x
The trays turned out amazing..I need to make myself a plaque that says Less Is More... to display on my resin table.. I have trouble stopping with (say gold lines) then I go overboard. You did great Claire. Thank you. Hugs Sheryl. 💙🎨💙
Awesome job. I plan on doing this for a project of my own, QUESTION : what was the point of the pink pigment, because I didn't really notice it? Do I need to put it in, or can I leave it out, because it seems like I can leave it out and get the same results. I am about to try this myself on a stand I am creating for my fiance's ring.
Hello( claire's crafty corner) I have a question so i am a beginner to make riesen so i make a flower shape but its very mild and it has not a bald face so its too matt.(?)
Heyyyy lovely ... can you find me on Instagram ? It is linked in my About section ... send me a picture of your work so I can help better if this is ok ?
Claire they're all beautiful but I'm partial to the marble ones most. You might want to watch Rhonda from RK3 Designs - she is an awesome teacher and although she mainly does countertops, she does some amazing marbling. Have learnt so much from her. Have a lovely day Claire :)
Omg amazing Claire, I have seen resin dirty pours before but never used in this context. What a fab idea and result. I'm definitely going to have a go. So tell me, is Glass Cast heat resistant? Not surprised everyone loves the purple tray, can you do a tutorial next time you make one? Thanks so much for sharing, was giggling away through this particularly at the comment regarding the level surface!
Thanks so much hunee ... no such thing as a level surface in this house I swear it haaaaa I just do what I can haaaa I have done a video on the purple tray ... it is a couple of videos back 😊
I love the purple one too! The marble affect is really a neat challenge! Love to see where you take it! Where do you get your handles from? I love them! 💋💋
Hello, my sister resin artist! I was rooting you on all through the video! We said, "Wow" at the same time TWICE. I've got a table full of Let's Resin supplies waiting for me to start some trays, but I saw this pop up in my feed and I stopped to watch. Bravo! I'm doing river flow, volcano flow, and rose quartz today (if time allows). Fingers crossed. Wish me luck!

Lovely!!!

Use the stiff cardboard from packing boxes as trays, Claire, so you can gently move things when needed, even if just pulling over a couple of inches!!
Heyyy lively ... I usually do ... I have boards .. I just didn't realise it would be so floppy at that stage and just grabbed them 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈
