These are gorgeous! Shows how little bits and pieces, otherwise thrown away, come together to create a lovely embellishment and card. Love watching your process videos, so inspriring!
Oh it sure does Cindy. It’s so nice to not have anything to toss or store and the big plus is I have a dozen cards as well. Thanks so much for watching.
These are so inspirational! TFS! Don’t apologize for the length of any video you create. When you are inspirational you capture the audience and we will continue to completely view it!
Patti, thank you very much for showing an "end product" with embellishments. So few take it all the way. They usually simply show a box of embellishments and I'm at a loss for the next step, as like you, I am mainly a card-creator. Thought I'd just mention here also, that my box made with the Canvas Corp. product is finished. It turned out lovely. I'm so bad at making decent videos, so honestly, that may not happen. I will post a pic on my blog. However, it won't do it justice. I'll be sure to link you. You are such an inspiration.
Oh Erica, yeah you got the box finished, way to go girl! I agree, it's always nice to see what you do with something after you've made it. I figure if you get tired of listening to me you can fast forward. It's fun to see how others do something and perhaps pick up a new trick or tip along the way. I'll be watching for that link. You can link it via Facebook messenger if you like. Patti
Love seeing how you use the bits and pieces...so creative! Shabby chic is the theme and I love every one of these cards. Your ink distressing is a lovely addition to this style. I think I would have used only cream and white card bases...a matter of personal preference. Isn't that Stampin' Up pull tab the greatest?! I've contacted the company several times to ask them to bring back this punch...no luck yet. Hope mine doesn't wear out! Even tho' the base is kraft, my favorite is "Life is good" with the deeper colored ribbon and gold leaves on both sides of the chipboard tag...beautiful! Every little piece made for the perfect cluster. Love that every piece of this lovely paper collection can be used so beautifully!!
Thanks Martie. Yes I had to dig in the garbage to finish up the last card. So nice to use it all. But that’s what makes this so fun that you like white and cream and I like the Kraft. Something for each of us. Crafting can be made for everyone’s tastes, don’t you just love that. I so appreciate you watching Martie and you always take time to comment. Thank you. Patti.
the chipboard tags were from Michaels, one of their hot buys, and I got like 40 of them for $5. They are great for bases for heavily embellished tags aren't they? Every time I go when they have that hot buy stuff for 70% off I look for them, but they haven't had them for a while. I will keeep you in mind if I see them again. Love all the cards, but my fave is the one with the lace up the side and the round pink "dream" on it. All so pretty Patti, you really got the most of those scraps.
Thanks Paula, and thanks for your Target Hot Buy! I love the stuff you find there and I go so seldom I rarely find anything. Yes I like that card as well, but I pretty much liked all of these. Big Hugs, Patti
Lovely cards, Patti! So sweet and pretty. ^_^ It's so good to see how one can use up almost all the paper and not put it away to be forgotten. Thank you so much for sharing, Patti. ^_^ Oh, one question: where is that kraft paper (or cardstock) from? I'd like to buy some and the one you used looks so pretty and with a good quality. Thanks. :)
mabelmoreno1 You’re so welcome, I just love using up the bits instead of putting them in a storage bin. The Kraft card bases are sold in bulk, 50 per package, at Canvas Corp Brands. If you need a link let me know.
Hi Patty, I’ve been watching a lot of your videos recently and saw where you used the Spectrum paper for filling in pages. I’ve searched for this paper online and couldn’t locate what you were showing us. Could you please tell me where I can find it? I live in the Portland area. I’m guessing you live near me? Thanks for the lovely tutorials. I get a kick out of you!
Oh yes I’m just across the River from you we will have to do coffee one day. I get that paper from the Country Craft Creations store online. It’s Authentique Spectrum paper. BUT, as with lots of papers I don’t use it when I’m wrapping a book or folding or I’ve had it crack. anytime I’m scoring and folding I use Artisan paper from the same store, it never cracks on me. Let me know if you don’t find it and need direct links.
You give new meaning to using up your scraps. These are fabulous and you, my lady, are awesome. Thanks so much for sharing.
Thanks so much Lynn, I'm glad you found some ideas to use. Patti

These are so beautiful! I love the concept of using up my scraps and making something this amazing!
Sure is better than storing them away or tossing them isn't it?
We tend to spend a lot of money on beautiful paper and I hat throwing them away. I will put aside some time and just create with my scraps!
You are killin' me tonight! These are stunning! 🤗
Thanks Diana, I'm loving you're checking out all my videos!
Hey lady, these are gorgeous! Of course, this paper is too but it takes talent to make these clusters so stunningly beautiful!!!
