I am building a house and I know what prices trades workers charge, an electrician for example will not get out of bed of 800-900 euro/month. I make in Romania 3500 euros net selling software + bonuses. My wife makes 1600 euro net as a lowly account manager. it is about what you can do and your productivity, as simple as that. My cousin works construction in Sibiu, his salary is over 2k euro net, an electrician will charge a minimum of 300 euro for a day's work a tiels layer will charge you a minimum of 25 euro per sqm, I pay the unqualified workers who work at my house with 60 euros a day. I am building a house and I know what prices trades workers charge, an electrician for example will not get out of bed of 800-900 euro/month.
