I just kept visualizing this guy with a hockey mask and a chainsaw coming out of the woods and chasing you,it got me rolling along real well.

Love this one! It's relatively flat without crazy turns so I don't get dizzy, and I like the eerie fog. Makes me feel like I'm in a horror movie, which makes me want to run faster. Thanks for posting. ✌

I have a story to tell about Al Sabo.....was in the 70s and early 80s when I used to run there....holds a special place in my heart, didn't have that many trails back then either...but I became a vegetarian after saving a squirrels life or I thought I was one, but I still ate fish and shrimp......yeah, I know.....anyway, I was running there one day and I ran across this small bridge......near the bridge were two big bass, mating I suppose, but at that moment, I knew they had every bit as much of a right to live as the squirrel and me........so for the next 20 something years, I never ate any flesh.......the very strange thing about this video is I just typed in run in the woods and this came up, when he passed the ladies, I noticed he sounds EXACTLY like me....wow, I ran there one time 10 years ago with my daughter who was on a cross country team, never been back, I ended up running the mountains and beaches of Hawaii and now I run up a mountain at noon everyday in the Philippines....funny how running can take you to places like this, but I never found a treadmill yet that could take me to the place........and for those who don't know, many mountain lions are now sighted in that area .......so yeah, be armed!
Those hills could be brutal, but I felt phenomenal running with this playing. Six miles exactly and 732 calories, and I was ready for more!
This is one of my favorite places to run! Nice to watch in the winter when I can't run it.

Thank you for continuing on after you &/or your camera had a tumble. I too enjoyed run/walking through the fog/mist along with the crunching of the leaves.
This run is phenomenal. Perfect mix of solitude and creepiness. I was honestly worried for a second when you turned the camera on yourself. Thought someone may have accosted you from behind!

I would love to go back there and shoot in 360 but that fog was a rare day. Do you use the 360 much?
Hi Treadmill TV, is it possible to get GPS track for some of runs on your channel? I would like to merge video and gps in Kinomap so I could have automatic grade and speed adjusted from gps data while I run on treadmill. It would be great if you could provide gps track in description of video(s).
I'll start recording the GPS more regularly, but there isn't much I have yet

Reality wasn’t too far from that. I got lost and was on the opposite corner of the park than I thought. I turned the camera off and had a walking break to get my bearings.
