Man this guitar is something else, on one day i hate it, on the other i love it. I mean it's not made for me, i'm not chad enough to play this thing.
I know I’m an old person- 53- but i own Schecter, S7G, Dean. EVH, Ibanez Fender and Epiphone guitars.
For metal, I’ve been leaning hard on the Wolfgang, and Stratocaster for soloing. I truly believe, sometimes, you just need a variety of different guitars, to get a variety of tones.
For the money, the Wolfie is killer, and a properly set up (i deck my bridges) Player Strat is amazing....
I would love to swap out a Fischman pickguard/pickup set on the fender, tho....
I've been trying to decide between an evh wolfgang a schechter sun valley super shredder and possibly this one personally its hard to beat the evh pickups but I also want 24 frets and not a fan of emgs or active pickups really hate changing a batter especially when eggs just sound really bland to me

1. you look and sound like that was fun to play. The track was kickass!
2. This schecter actuallly got me interested you seeming to really go at it also helped ofcourse. The shape is awesome and i love that head stock.
3. The stripeys.. not my thing i hope they do a nice burst with black or very dark blue edges. And nice black open pickups maybe like that one with the sustaniac.
Definitely going to take a closer look to this/these schecter guitars now. Although... for now its gonna be HB for a while.

I like Schecter guitars, I have 4 out of 18 guitars.
I’m not a metal dude at all, I like a couple of “heavy bands” but mostly into lighter stuff and play “da blooz” on guitar but you’re channel is probably my favourite guitar related channel, it’s jus got something over all the others...just felt the need to pit this on here lol
Hell, most metal lead stuff is basically just blues soloing.

I like Agufish over a lot of content creators because he’s down to earth, which makes it feel like you’re chilling with a homie when watching his videos rather than looking up at some king on a pedestal. He’s also way more honest than other content creators.
this was the first solid body I purchased after a major injury recovery, I lost close to 15 years of not being able to play. Loved my Ibanez guitars I had to give away. This guitar brought back my passion within minutes...if you find this guitar buy it. some adjustments as any guitar needed. I wanted the red but found the blue pre-owned with a kill with a kill switch!!! Love it!!! As mentioned I was not sure about the looks....it looks awesome

The only issue I have with it is that the emgs aren’t color matched. I feel the red and purple were perfect matches.
I appreciate that you slowed down the pace for this vid. Not to summon more Chad energy, but your recent vids are a bit manic for my taste, even though I respect your attention to good product review and subscribe to your channel. You don't have to talk a mile a minute and cut to memes or sound effects every 2.3 seconds. You have a wealth of knowledge and obviously the chops to rip out those awesome demo tracks. You've got the steak. Maybe a little less sizzle on the pace in future!
Got mine (a red one) two days ago. Awesome guitar, build quality, especially neck, is very good. Couple of finish flaws that i dont care about. Plays like a dream. Compared to 2 my latest purchases before this one- 2019 charvel pro mod and 2020 charvel so cal, its just as good, the only thing negative-mine lacks sustain on 1 and 2 strings in upper register. If i will squeeze some 10/15 % more sustain out of it after upgrading trem block or the whole floyd sometime in the future, there is nothing more to ask for. It suits fast riffing perfectly, i can live with weaker sustain no prob.It has vibe and mojo in spades, red looks sick. pickup and finish colour match perfectly, killer axe!

I totally agree, a lot of shecters feel just completely dead. I haven't likes a single one I've played, and a few ibanez like the iron label are just dead feeling. I'm a huge strat guy, with a few other wacky guitars here and there

Love my Schecter Evil Twin Frs. I don't have to do the set up on the Floyd though. I must say that once since being set up it stays in tune better than most hardtails.
I dig it! You should try to get your hands on a KM-7 Artist, would be a great comparison between it and the Mach!

Live my schecters - have a nick johnston, E1 SLS evil twin with the fishman pickups, and a sun valley super shredder with a Floyd and sustainiac. So much fun.
Reminds me of my Mustang!!!!! I miss that car. Really kool looking. Awesome demo as usual. Def would be on my list of guitars to possibly buy. But Floyd Rose and I don’t get along. Tried a Floyd Rose on 3 guitars over the last 20 plus years and none ever work out for me

All of my favorite / most useful guitars have at least ONE thing about them that I have to work around. I had a charvel that would have been my “perfect” specs (24 frets, HSS, Strat bridge) but it didn’t vibe with me like my tele or HH jazzmaster
I love when they go with that style of headstock on their metal-y guitars. Not into the Roman numeral inlays, though. That's the most 'Chad' part to me, haha.
What do people think want the extra jumbo frets?

You know, I typically only listen to your demo tracks for tone comparisons, but this track in particular had me doing some stank face because it was incredibly reminiscent of some Counterparts-esque metalcore.
I’d like to see your thoughts on a Justin Aufdenkamp Signature by Charvel. Unfortunately, they are a bit hard to find. Surprised that one skip your radar.
During the isolated clean sounds the pickup selector didn't match what was on screen

I like the look, and specs are nice. I do think just standard black EMG's would look better...or maybe something with a nickle cover.
I came here for the review of the guitar, but brooooo, your playing is so sick. This might be a silly think to ask, but did you study music or took guitar lessons? I've been playing for almost 16 years now and my skills are nowhere near good as yours, hell, I can't even write a riff. But I've never study music or taken any guitar lessons.
Some say he can't remember if it was Telecaster or a Stratocaster, but he does remember IT HAD A HEART OF CHROME, AND A VOICE LIKE A HORNEY ANGEL! And he will Djent with a rail spike for a pick, and cast off bridge cables for strings between two iron rails. All we know is, he's called Der Fish!

I think you kinda messed up the labels for the pickups you're using in the clean demo, looking at the switch and the sound
I'd like the 81/60 purple set out of a Banshee for my other guitar but there's no way I could play this guitar comfortably. The best fretboard I played was on a Cort Pag-1 but for the neck itself my palm would fatigue on that guitar. It doesn't do that on a Wizard III. Too bad there isn't a 24 3/4" Wizard III with a Pag-1 compound radius (I think it's the same as a Strat) but I don't have that kind of money to have something custom built like that.
I hear some moderm sepultura in that demo. Also i got an ad for a Ford electric car after the demo.

That is one impressive Schecter! As for EMG's they sound the exact same no matter what you put them in. I despise Floyd's. Ibanez ate Floyd's double locking BS for lunch a long time ago. Lastly those are some HUGE FRETS on this Schecter. They look very well done.

whattt you didnt get the purple one
Just bought this guitar, the satin red version, and already experiencing a bunch of issues: the strap screw was very loose. Fine not an issue, ill buy a bigger one and add a strap lock. "Set up to play?" not so much.
A few dead notes when bending or dropping to D. Np I can adjust the string height.
Whammy bar, if you don't want it to fall off all the time you have to screw it tight, which means it's going to stick to wherever you left it, usually in your way. Very annoying, and here I thought it would have the same class as the hellraiser at least.
And finally most annoying part: locker nuts are complete garbage, this thing cant stay in tune if you decide to use the whammy bar as you will hear a cracking noise from the locker nuts releasing strings, and this thing is sold as "Set up to play". Very well I decided to screw the locker nuts a bit harder, test the limits aaaaand it breaks. So this Indonesian garbage will be returned.
Also if you are a shred god you might not like the jumbo frets. Otherwise, it's a cool guitar.
