      It really varies. Could be as low as $350,000. Are you considering a move?

    Hi great video! I am thinking of moving to North Carolina someday and Apex seems like such a great place to live. I have just a few questions. How is the public transportation and does it include trolleys? Also I am from Florida and I am just wondering are homes that you showed in the video are hurricane proof such as their windows and construction? Are they cement blocks made homes or are they just made out of wood? I am aware that in Florida new construction houses are mostly built with cement blocks and hurricane proof windows to withstand hurricanes. Also are there floods like in Florida? I look forward to your response. Thank you!

      Hello and thanks for the comment. Apex is truly wonderful. Money magazine's top place to live in the country in 2017, I believe. Homes here are not hurricane proof but our area is. We are far enough inland that we really don't get any significant damage from hurricanes. There may be localized power outages, downed trees, and some missing roof shingles, but that's typically about it. As far as trolleys, not so much but there is a bus system and most everything is within a few minutes drive if not a short walk. There is a robust greenway system both here and in Cary, the bordering town to the north. No real floods here either, although I typically check the floodplain map when helping someone with a home purchase. I'd be happy to show you around and help in your search if you want to come check it out. Let me know if you need anything else!

      @@dylanhalerealtor7699 I appreciate your response. I was wondering could you explain to me a little bit more about the greenway system that you mentioned and what does it include? I look forward to your response. Thank you!

    • @dylanhalerealtor7699
      @dylanhalerealtor7699  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SuperRosepat The greenway is basically a series of walking/ biking trails that run through the area. There are also tons of parks with trails as well. I guess you got that from the video, though. :-)

    Horribly overpriced home market at the moment. Bad time to buy in Apex

      Yes, people are raising their prices to get as much as they can since a lot of people are moving here. I would say it is cheaper than Cary & not as crowded - for now.

    • @dylanhalerealtor7699
      @dylanhalerealtor7699  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Prices have definitely gone up! We're seeing that all over the country. Some people think the triangle area is finally catching up to other areas. We are still cheaper than CA or NY!
