I dont know where you learnt English, but let me tell you some hard truths-your word pronounciation is mostly wrong, you are putting wrong emphasis on parts of the word syllables-you need to listen very carefully to the way Kiwi's,or australians,or brits speak, and learn from them-because the way you are talking now, all you will get is confused faces,irriatated faces, or worse still, complete disregard-this seems to be a big problem for Indians in general-seperating their accent from any new language that they learn-trust me on this-they will not appreciate what you are doing to their beloved english tongue.
