I could use prayers. I am a 65 year old female veteran, in rehab again. I have ptsd, and have spent my life self medicating to escape. I currently have 35 days sober. I am a child of God. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I want to be closer with Christ. I need to develop the discipline and patience to keep God at my helm.
I’m struggling with self medicating too. I will pray for both of us! I want to be closer with Christ too and let Him take control, I know I’ll be so much happier and better off. I need help. I’ve been having problems with self control when it comes to fasting, (I eat too much and I’m not in good shape/gluttonous/stress eat) addicted to my phone, My family hasn’t gave their life to Christ, and I care for them. Like they say the Lord works in mysterious ways I not seen my sister in about 2 days I was hanging out with some friends last night trying to spread the word. She's been having a rough time with her and her boyfriends break up and started texting me suicidal messages. Yes I was worried but I still put it in the Lord's hands. A friend asked me to go get him some cigarettes because he was drinking and he didn't want to drive and I was sober so he told me here take my truck. So I did I waited for a little while first. And it was just on a whim that I stopped by where he was so I left to go get his cigarettes pulled up into the store and there's my sister getting gas God knew I was worried about her and wanted to reassure me that she was okay thank you Lord Father and Jesus Christ my savior if I would have left immediately when my friend asked I would I have never seen her and any later I would have missed her

I said a prayer for you. I prayed that you will find a job soon & that it will be an even better one then before. Please don't give into any negative thoughts that enter your mind about your circumstances. Those are not thoughts of God, they are of the enemy and that path only leads to destruction for us. Instead think positive thoughts, thoughts of hope,faith,&love. These are the thoughts that God wants us to think about because we'll remember that God loves us and therefore would never have us stay stuck in bad circumstances. We'll remember to have faith that because He loves us so much He will always see that we are provided for. And we'll remember to have hope that our prayers are according to God's will so that they will be answered. Keep trusting in our Heavenly Father. He is our Great Provider. He will never see us perish. He will always deliver us from our struggles.

I need help. I’ve been having problems with self control when it comes to fasting, (I eat too much and I’m not in good shape/gluttonous/stress eat) addicted to my phone, My family hasn’t gave their life to Christ, and I care for them. I want salvation for anyone I knew or know, whether they were mean people or not. God changes people, so remember to pray for you enemies. God loves them too.
Like they say the Lord works in mysterious ways I not seen my sister in about 2 days I was hanging out with some friends last night trying to spread the word. She's been having a rough time with her and her boyfriends break up and started texting me suicidal messages. Yes I was worried but I still put it in the Lord's hands. A friend asked me to go get him some cigarettes because he was drinking and he didn't want to drive and I was sober so he told me here take my truck. So I did I waited for a little while first. And it was just on a whim that I stopped by where he was so I left to go get his cigarettes pulled up into the store and there's my sister getting gas God knew I was worried about her and wanted to reassure me that she was okay thank you Lord Father and Jesus Christ my savior if I would have left immediately when my friend asked I would I have never seen her and any later I would have missed her

Please don't give into any negative thoughts that enter your mind about your circumstances. Those are not thoughts of God, they are of the enemy and that path only leads to destruction for us. Instead think positive thoughts, thoughts of hope,faith,&love. These are the thoughts that God wants us to think about because we'll remember that God loves us and therefore would never have us stay stuck in bad circumstances. We'll remember to have faith that because He loves us so much He will always see that we are provided for. And we'll remember to have hope that our prayers are according to God's will so that they will be answered. Keep trusting in our Heavenly Father. He is our Great Provider. He will never see us perish. He will always deliver us from our struggles.
