Personally I always think a pressure washer is a bad idea as it gets water into bearings and destroys decals. A hot machine and or some decent traffic film remover does the job a lot more gently.
Great video Richard, nothing like new tyres to make a tractor look good, should get the boys on the jet wash and give it a real good wash. Have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
The haybob tires smell more because it's a cheaper tire. Not sure why but cheap tires tend to smell more so it must be something to do with the cheaper rubber compound.
I love the look of new tyres in the morning :). And only 2002? ;) we just swapped tyres which were original to our 1998 NH6635 :P, it was time, 22yrs they have no debt anymore :P
Richard, you are a nut. I thought I'd pass out laughing when you bent over and smelled that tire. The Funny Funky Farmer. Thanks for all the enjoyment over the years. Merry Christmas.
I love the smell of fresh rubber in the morning...... It smells like "VICTORY!". Take a teaspoon of CASTROL oil and wake up feeling yerself!! . Happy Christmas Eve day🎄. Cheers from historic Hillsboro Centre, New Hampshire 🇺🇸👍✌️😷🐓🐔🐓🐔🐾🐾
Hello Richard Got a question on the bale off. I’m in Canada and i only have tube wrapped bales, how many bales do you think would make it fair to participate? There is a chance that i could get single wrapped bales but no guarantee Anyways Great Video and Massey looks smart either it’s new Shoes!!
@@wendyrowland7787 The reason we don’t do single wrapped bales is because we do about 1500-2000 wrapped bales a year and tube wrapped bales use lot less plastic and we have the room for it. Also no need for bale grabs.
How cool that the Bale-off took off! I'm a recent addition to finding you from Tom's channel, lol. Been having a great time catching up on all your videos so far.
Yes poor Farmer P (60yrs) and Funky Farmer (50yrs) we all know who is going to win the bail off . I think Sooty & Friends are going into a new venture next year . Hovercraft hire. Each year we have floods so need a craft to use . That Massy needs a wash and polish. Pimp it up. Are Jack & Harry Santas little Helpers ? Stay safe in these difficult times.
The seal on those tires was really hard to break. Good thing you are changing them out. The walls of those tires are not very flexible. Watch with traveling with your camera. Too much in and out and round about. Slow down a bit. I had a Ford Cortina. My first car.
@@peteralderson1483 I knew an old codger who lived and nearly died in his wellies. He developed gangrene and his wellies had to be cut away in A&E to treat his foot. His sister used the kitchen to rear lambs in deep litter, so I expect keeping the wellies on may have seemed a sensible option.
Now wait a minute , Ginger warrior did it Tom has not so he needs to do it .Dose not count sooo the challenge should end up back at Tom .After Farmer P .
Farmer Phil is gonna win the bale challenge 🤪 🇮🇪

@@thefunkyfarmer Have they enough cod in the sea to make enough oil ? That is the big question to be answered.
Farmer Phil did the three bale challenge this morning. What fun you started!!! Wonderful!
Nice to see Andy Miles getting a sweat on fitting your tractor tyres, good man Andy.👍
yes he is
Richard we all need a laugh at the moment and as always you deliver. Wishing you and your family a happy Christmas
Afternoon Tom Pemberton did give it a shot good on him. Keep those tyres clean Richard
You will have to take the muck spreader of the Massey and send jack hay bobbing in the summer
Thanks for keeping us entertained through the highs and lows of 2020! Happy Christmas and here's hoping for a better new year! All the best.

Farmer Phil for the bale challenge come on the🌟 Irish 🌟
Tyres wear like that because of the loose stones at the kerb side.
Nice, did I see a tanker across the field at the end of the video?
He told is a few months ago he’ll tell us the reason behind buying the tanker in a future video
Look at that youngun letting the owld bloke de al the graft 😂
Merry Christmas funky fam!

Couldn't understand a word he said but it was fun to listen!
Finally he is cleaning his tractor
Only a little bit 🤣
At banner lane (old massey factory) in 2002 they had there final tractor roll off the line. you should see if its one of the last.
I thought when you were changing the air filter ,looks like the tires will be next.
Wish everyone could take the piss and have a laugh Brilliant xx 😂😂😂👌👌
Happy Christmas 2 you all.
Have a nice Christmas mate...Warm Wishes to all of you ! R
Merry Christmas good videos l in joy watching
I think in spring the massey could do with a full wash for once but I see why you dont do it often as it does sit on the spreader all year
Goodyear tractor tyres can still be bought but the parent company is TITAN tyres. Think car tires may be owned by continental
Great pair of boots Richard happy new year to you & family
Don't ever change ur ways ur a funny guy congrats on the new rubber USA 🇺🇲
Good year are still making tractor tyres
Should be a date code on the sidewall of the tyre

How much are tires there? I just bought a new set of BKT 14.9R24 for the front of my tractor. They were $725 per tire in Canada.
I dont think northern nonce was the the right choice of words hahahhh
what about northern nancy ?
I laughed too, Nancy is a bit better 😁
Isn't it the Ginger Warrior with the Mustache ?
You will have to bring out a deodorant like all the other celebrities "BURNING RUBBER FOR MEN"
Yes brilliant idea

Welcome aboard! Thanks
Do you not have a slurry pit?? Bet its tough spreading the slurry when the grounds wet.
George Saunders did it in 28 seconds
Why don’t you apply to an advertising agency to be feature on Xmas perfume ads. Would be more entertaining than the ones we have to put up with.
What happened to the 4355? I haven't seen it for a while
A new TV programme Bail off with Mary Berry 🤔
