Hi Zedel, cover the machine during use and then following your session you can clean it by wiping it down. The grip can also be cleaned in an autoclave.
Why does the battery only last roughly 4 hours run time? I have it at 7.3 volts and only get 4 hours with it?? Im very disappointed because i never got to touch real skin with it yet.
Hi Victor, you may notice a shorter battery life in the first few uses, as the machine runs an algorithm to see how you work in terms of charging cycles, cartridges and voltages used, etc. After this, you should notice an increase in battery life.

It is recommended that at the end of the working day, you properly switch it off via the Shipping Mode option (shown at 5:17) which will essentially 'killswitch' your machine and properly conserve the battery in between sessions.

I have the packer and shader powerwands. I tried pepper shading with them with a 1 and 3 rl and I can’t get the nice pepper shading I need with those machines. Can anyone vouch if the flux actually advances in this? Or should I be able to with the packer? My dots look vague as hell but when I had my sol nova unlimited they were perfect.

Hi Sebastian, using a foot pedal with the Flux Max is optional. You can turn the machine on/off and adjust all features via the PowerBolt II battery pack that sits atop the machine.

Hi, eGive is like a speed adjustment by the machine. Depending on the setting, it will sense when the needles hit the skin and adjust the speed accordingly. So it feels like 'softness', but without any springs. Hey Ryan! We'd suggest checking whether checking the firmware is updated and check if you're switching it on the menu, it's HH:MM which you will need to look out for. If this still isn't working we'd suggest contacting whoever you bought your machine from for further advice.

Hey same as the PowerBolt ||+, hold the power button to get to the ‘Footswitch’ option, and then use the up/down buttons to turn this on/off 😊

If you switch off the foot pedal pariring mode, this will increase the battery time!

Missing adjustable stroke like the Axys Valhalla and the new Chayenne Unio machine has. Just doesn't make any sense to have to set up 2-4 machines...

Hi, yes, needle depth is adjustable. Simply twist the grip and the ratchet disc inside clicks the grip into place and keeps it secure during use.
