My dad has been the same way about when I raced I'm 29 now and just had to stop racing cuse I need to get my life in a better position instead of blowing 60grand a year on racing been racing since I was 8 in a full size pure stock at 8 on asphalt at the track my parents owned in canada I worked my way up the outlaw latemodel stocks and after every race he asked if I had fun that's all he cared about as well when he was rooting the whole bill for 12 years. He always made racing fun no matter if I was wheeling a pure stock on asphalt or a super latemodel on asphalt or dirt modified and everything in between. When you start making racing your job it becomes not as fun anymore.

Tricks yep traction control is the thing they have I know this for a fact but it's so expensive and such a secret that you have to be in kinda like the click they won't let just anyone have it due to the way it's done so high tech

All work on the same purpose and that is to RETARD the timing at certain preset rpms but with the SEALD BOXES it is pretty much old school shit no one is using on DIRT! It was never beneficial in the DIRT versus ASPHALT where it was really used!

It’s not seat time really, Joseph can get it done. People that don’t race DLM’s just don’t realize just how much a difference it is when you are down 150+ HP at a track like Eldora! It’s literally impossible to beat those guys when you are down that far on motor. Look on the start of that race, Bobby Pierce was behind Joseph, So he couldn’t hit the throttle until AFTER Joseph, and he STILL Was able to pull out of line and pass him before they got to turn 1. THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! SERIOUSLY, EVERYONE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND JUST HOW BIG A DEAL THAT IS!!!! P.S. I am not bashing these guys one bit! I LOVE These fellas, and I only want them to succeed as well, But I really want them to have the same playing field, and right now they don’t. It’s literally like their car is 500lbs or more heavy right now.

They running traction control I know it for a fact if I were there and could get too the corners I could tell you in 4 laps who is running it I worked on a cajun Sprint team and they had it cost some big dollars dirt track officials don't look for it like asfalut tech inspection it's a good tool to have one way to spot it is on restarts they jump on the throttle and pass you like your running a 602 the start of his heat race go back and look how they just jumped him on the start left him behind like he didn't get on it

Yeah if you listen to the in car the pickup out of the corners isn't there and thats a fresh motor id love to know the torque curve on it tracks and things like this will help get the attention they need.

For a team that runs so many different variety of cars and races. To come out and even turn 19th in the biggest race of the year. That's pretty wicked. I hope the funding continues and everything so we can see y'all run the nation! Go fast HTF
Now that is fast racing, and Joseph is doing a mighty job reachin' & acclimitizin' to it. Them big races tend to put the winners through an apprenticeship before feature wins hey.. But big races also require a cool head and an eye on finishing with 4 tyres still turning & 8 cylinders still burnin. There will be few opportunities during the race to do those blistering times of qualifying, without taking away from the opportunity to be there in the last lap. This is where Joseph excels, earning your living operating machines teaches you mechanical sympathy, a critical element in the racers toolbox. I laughed watching the 4 of you watching the replays, 3 of you were up on your toes watching, but Joseph remained calm on flat feet haha. I'm lovin it.

These guys are on a journey to be a top team in racing. All I hope is they stay true to themselves and hang on to it and enjoy the ride. I am not only very proud of them but also very happy for them as well. It is literally amazing how much they have grown in the last year to year and a half. I made it to Eldora for the first two nights - congrats to the whole team. This is David vs Goliath and you are holding your own. This should be a huge confidence boost - you belong at this level so learn what you can this weekend and then plan on coming back on a mission! Such an accomplishment to make the show last night!

If I could make only one suggestion next season get yourself a crew chief that really knows setups. That way Joseph can concentrate on just driving. I’m not a racer. But a fan that has been to Eldora many times. Either late models or sprints. They keep the show rolling. No matter if your last name is Bloomquist or Haudenschild. It’s fast paced. The track officials keep the ball rolling.

Joseph ran just as good as he did at Bristol, maybe a little better. But either way for a operation such as yours, y'all are there and giving it all you have. I've been saying it for a while now. It's just a matter of time before HTF gets noticed by a big sponsor or supporter. Making this field with the talent and money you are competing against is second to none. These are the best late models in the country. To even be in a race with names like Larson speaks volumes. All of the hard work and sacrifice is going to pay off soon to you guys. I'm glad to see that a 19th place finish brought you guys up instead of down. A year or so ago you would have not even made the show. The progress of the team is really starting to show. These guys are on a journey to be a top team in racing. All I hope is they stay true to themselves and hang on to it and enjoy the ride. I am not only very proud of them but also very happy for them as well. It is literally amazing how much they have grown in the last year to year and a half. I made it to Eldora for the first two nights - congrats to the whole team. This is David vs Goliath and you are holding your own. This should be a huge confidence boost - you belong at this level so learn what you can this weekend and then plan on coming back on a mission! Such an accomplishment to make the show last night!

After you finish at the back of the pack at Eldora this week its great to see your going to have a blast. Great job passing all those cars back their and surely you'll be able to knock off a couple more during the longer feature race. At least you'll gain much needed experience and exclusive bragging rights to say you raced at the Big E. Congratulations and stay positive, you'll get their.

I’m not a racer. But a fan that has been to Eldora many times. Either late models or sprints. They keep the show rolling. No matter if your last name is Bloomquist or Haudenschild. It’s fast paced. The track officials keep the ball rolling.

I've been saying it for a while now. It's just a matter of time before HTF gets noticed by a big sponsor or supporter. Making this field with the talent and money you are competing against is second to none. These are the best late models in the country. To even be in a race with names like Larson speaks volumes. All of the hard work and sacrifice is going to pay off soon to you guys. I'm glad to see that a 19th place finish brought you guys up instead of down. A year or so ago you would have not even made the show. The progress of the team is really starting to show. I have no doubts that when the equipment gets just a touch better that Joseph has the talent to race with these guys. Good luck on the rest of the show. Pull those straps tight and be safe.
