Looking for low cost airplane these seem great for one person or maybe 2 people who weigh under 150 each. Watching you fly it the control yoke is it lot like a Cessna I still need to get training. I'm probably just going to get my PPL instead of LSA so I have more options in the future. Reading the specs on Quicksilvers website the useful weight, stall speed is about the same as a Cessna 150, but the cruise speed is lower. Although spec performance can be under best conditions. The only advantage is cost of ownership as 150 will require annual's and higher cost maintenance. Fuel cost are about the same for the most part if you want to fly to other airports. If I were to consider a quicksilver I probably not choose the GT 500 but one of the lower cost ones maybe open cockpit MX or single seat. Most people rather not fly at gross so C-150, and the GT-500 both are going to be mostly flown single seat why pay for another seat no one uses's it.
Great video well done & nice landings, just bought one myself oh and 5 stars for NO MUSIC just as it should be the wind & the motor.
