Thanks for sharing! For more stability in the shoulder stand to back bend transition, especially while spinning, I've been taught to bring one leg down at a time. Keeping one leg hooked in front of the span set until the other leg is resting against the braced arm can make it easier to control the weight transfer :)
Easy to forget if you aren’t spinning very fast! In my head I always think doing a move while spinning will be the same, but in reality I wobble all over the place until I adjust 😅

That sounds like great process!!!!!! it took me i think maybe 5-6 times of peeling and healing before I have one now that doesnt peel off as easy as before.

I like Aerial hammock
Hamoock is my favorite too, but training Hoop helps me to get better on hammock. Have you tried?
